I'm not sure what's up with this head shot...
The scale appears to be very decent. The one thing KFC's has going for it is that it is not a parts former. MP-22 does appear to be armor on MP-10. Still, I think it looks great!
Doctor McGrath wrote:I'm really glad MP-22 is scaled to MP-10 more accurately. From what I'm reading, the only parts of MP-10 in MP-22 are his legs inside a hollow cab. The rest is formed by the armor in the trailer. The head sculpt looks great.

The cab truck will still have its own robot mode, but it will be able to transform with the car carrier body as one.

The data from the front paged MP-22 news is a petty rough translation, but it does state:The cab truck will still have its own robot mode, but it will be able to transform with the car carrier body as one.
If you look at the pics it appears that Prime's legs, in truck mode, are kind of just hanging off the back, as if the cab sits in the hollow of the carrier, much like the KFC version, but with the legs sticking out instead of folding inside.
Admittedly it is tough to get a full idea of the transform from the pics, but I will say I'm glad I waited for the Takara version.
