Who cares about a good soundtrack to a crappy movie (spiderman 3 and transformers both)
If transformers movie would have been good, I wouldn't have cared if the soundtrack was done by Styx and the title song was Mr Roboto

Paramount and Hasbro are still running the show and aren't going to go back to the drawing board for all of the established characters. But it's be nice to see more of them and some good new characters. And hopefully, there won't be so much bad humor and shakey camera work.
Don't get me wrong though, I did like this first movie for what it was and thought MB did a decent job. It could have been much, much worse.

the reason vhs won verses beta was because the porn industry chose vhs...guess which platform the porn industry chose this time.....blueray...

Will they make a Transformers DVD for those who have regular one. Not everybody has HD-DVD.
Yes, there will be a regular DVD. This is just in regards to the HD-DVD and Blu-Ray battle. We're a long ways away from them abandoning regular DVDs.

Oh really I read that the porn industry had chosen the HD-DVD because they are much cheaper in the production as the Blu-ray, do they chose their mind ? Not that I care of it but it suprised me on a point cause I read it on a magazine not so long ago.
@syphonn
True, but redesign all characters I don't really think it's necessary but what I don't have in the second movie that for sure are the dump tasteless humor.

Dude serious quit with the Micheal Gay ****, its just makes you look petty and immature.
Why do you think a lot of movie people dont respect message boards and Fanboy bullshit, because of posts like this and attitudes that people have because someone is doing something different with your presious hobby that you dont nessesarily approve of. It's old and stupid.
If Bay does number 2 more power to him, if not then I hope whoever does it can at least match the style and not make it look like direct to dvd crap.
Thank you.
I swear, if that fukin stupid mountaindewtron shows up in the next movie, I will walk out of the theater on General principal.
Then again, Bay is a MoneyBitch

The "stupid mountaindewtron" as you call it was better thought out than the little nokia bot with a bazooka and chaingun. At least the mountain dew machine used items it had within itself for ammo.
I want to see someone offer you lots of money for a crosspromotion and then you walk away. I would give my cousins left t****cle to see that. (I really don't think you would though). So let keep calling Bay a moneybitch because he gets paid for his chosen profession, so unless you are unemployed then we could in essence call you a moneybitch for not working for free.
I'm not a bay hater, nor a sympathiser. I'm just tired of people whining about so called crappy decisions that they would most likely have made if the same choises were given to them.

Erm, whatever happened to making a good film? Yes, you can do all the cross-promotion you want....but don't let that now dictate the ENTIRE film. As many people have said, the movie was one of the worst and most blatant product placement films out there.
Bay is not a film director, he just knows how to make money...NOT GOOD FILMS! Get him out and get someone who cares about the filmmaking process in there.
