Profile: A ruthless killer of a bot, Interference cares nothing for the lives of any other robot. Designed for the infiltration of enemy bases, Interference makes it imperative to avoid direct confrontation, both on the battlefield and off. Interference is willing to engage in combat only if the probability of success without serious damage is determined to be sufficient. Interference remains distant from most other Decepticons, believing them to be too stupid to be of any use. Exceptions to this include the likes of Soundwave and Shockwave, whom he often enjoys debating with over the most effective and least time consuming way to dismember an Autobot (while the spark is still active, of course).

Abilities: Interference is capable of cloaking while projecting a hologram, as well as is able to mimic any voice he has heard, allowing him to effectively "appear" as any other robot, provided nobody tries to physically interact with the hologram. Explosives used frequently include High-Explosive (for sabotaging target), Incendiary (primary choice for incapacitating an enemy, but rarely chosen), and Flash-Bang (for distractions and escapes). Interference can carry 12 explosives at once, of any combination of the three. The Carbine is a standard solid slug weapon with silencer that is capable of firing at semi or full automatic. The Combat Knife is capable of piercing light armor with a direct thrust or severing unprotected joints.
Max. Speed (alt.): Mach 1.85
Max. Range (alt.): 3,500 km

Weaknesses: Interference is loath to engage in direct combat, as he is easily overpowered by any combat-oriented enemy. Also, his distance from other Decepticons makes it difficult for him to work together with, causing performance to suffer. Finally, Interference is often tempted to display his superiority to Autobots, by destroying them. This leads to occasional conflicts between the mission and his own desires.

Sample Post:
Double-Take stood at the entrance to the deployment bay of the Autobot Outpost 1734, silently complaining about the waste of positioning him on guard duty. What was the point, anyway? This was the only way to access the bay, and it was 3 km below the surface, at the bottom of the base. How could any Decepticon get this far anyway? He continued to mutter until he heard footsteps coming down the hall. He assumed it was one of the Engineers, come to repair some malfunctioning part in the bay, and complain to him about it, like it was his fault. Did they really think he gave a slag about it? He continued on this thought process, until the hallway doors on the far side opened up, and Double-Take couldn't believe his optic receivers. It was Hound! This robot, a living legend, walked across the hallway in what seemed to Double-Take to be slow motion. He couldn't contain his excitement any further, and ran up to meet the famous Autobot, snapping to rigid attention only a few meters away. "Sir! It is an honor to meet you, Sir!" Double-Take announced, probably a little too loud for the small corridor.
"At ease, soldier," Hound replied. Double-Take remained at attention anyway.
"I was unaware of your presence in the base, Sir!" Double-Take commented, still in that too-loud voice.
"I just arrived, had reports of Decepticon movements in the place, and I came to advise the command here on the proper course of action to take. Now I need to take my leave."
"Of course, Sir! Right away Sir!" Normally, it was standard procedure to call up to command tower for clearance, but this was Hound! He didn't want to be hung up with a petty formality like that. Double-Take keyed in the entrance code, and the bay doors slid open. Stepping through, Hound turned to Double-Take.
"Oh, I'd like to give you a piece of advice, soldier."
"Of course, Sir, it would be an honor," was the eager reply.
Hound smirked, "You shouldn't fall for something like this so easily."
Before he could comprehend the odd statement, Double-Take felt a sharp pain in his chest. Turning his neck to see what it was, he could just make out a Transformer, he'd never seen before, one that wasn't there a moment ago, and had on his chest plate, the purple Decepticon emblem. The emblem was the last thing Double-Take saw before his world went black.
---
Pulling, his knife out of the Autobot's chest, Interference stepped through the open doors and set about his work. Within the hour, he was ready to contact command.
"Charges have been set, Lord Megatron. The Autobots will be unable to effectively deploy, you may begin the assault."

I like what you have here, but I'm just trying to think of a more efficient way of doing it, as the cloak and the holograms have heavy stat penalties. How about a low level cloak that makes him invisible to sensors combined with a holographic ability that covers his body to make him appear as someone else? The cloak and holographic cover will both still be broken by him firing weapons, but this stat penalty will just be 9 instead of the larger one it would take as you describe it now in your profile.

Weapon: Energo-Sword
Longshot wrote:Name: Onslaught
Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Combaticon Commander
Alt. Mode: Cybertronian Missile Trailer
Weapons: Photon Missiles, Sonic Stun Gun
Height: 33 ft/10.07 m
Quote: “The mind is the greatest weapon.”

Strength: 8
Intelligence: 8
Dexterity: 7
Speed: 3
Endurance: 7
Courage: 8
Firepower: 8
Accuracy: 9
Melee: 8
Tech Skill: 7
Charisma: 7
Rank: 7

Profile: Perfection is what Onslaught seeks. He believes the key to a mission's success lies in its planning, not in its execution. Thus, a perfect plan virtually guarantees a victory. Onslaught prefers the intellectual battlegrounds of the mind, where he can carefully devise and polish his sinister schemes, to the physical battlegrounds of the war, where events don't always unfold as expected. The four Combaticons under his command consider him aloof, even dreamy, but a brilliant tactician. Typically, Onslaught takes a backseat role in the assaults he plots, choosing to observe and re-evaluate his strategy rather than actually engage in combat. But, when stirred to action, he is a relentless, furious fighter, a terrifying contrast to the reserved thinker he is otherwise. This side of Onslaught's personality comes as a surprise to most of the other Decepticons, but those who understand him know his violent behavior is born out of frustration that his plan didn’t work, forcing his involvement, rather than any suppressed lust for battle hidden in his character.

Abilities: In missile trailer mode, Onslaught can reach speeds of 100 mph. His range is 2400 miles. He can launch photon missiles, with a range of 6500 miles. Each missile contains three independently targetable shells, each of which has an explosive force equivalent to 3000 tons of TNT. In robot mode, he uses a sonic stun gun, which is capable of crumbling a hillside with one blast.

Weaknesses: Onslaught often puts too much faith in his plans and winds up going along with them longer than he should. Consequently, he doesn’t get personally involved as quickly as changing situations might warrant. Electromagnetic interference can impair the accurate targeting and delivery of his missiles.

Name: Dead End
Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Warrior
Alt. Mode: Crimson Cybertronian Hovercar
Weapons: Compressor-air Gun
Special Abilities: Dead End emanates a radar signal that allows him to detect the movements of any vehicle or robot within a 200-mile radius, and he can use it to mentally map the surrounding terrain as well.
Height: 26 ft/7.93 m
Quote: “We are all just food for rust.”

Strength: 7
Intelligence: 6
Dexterity: 7
Speed: 7
Endurance: 7
Courage: 9
Firepower: 5
Accuracy: 6
Melee: 7
Tech Skill: 5
Charisma: 3
Rank: 5

Profile: Sullen and fatalistic, Dead End sees little reason to continue the Autobot-Decepticon War since all Transformers eventually become inoperative anyway, even though it might take tens of thousands of years. Yet he spends more time keeping himself unmarred and shiny than any of his fellow Stunticons, an irony not lost upon Motormaster, who speculates that Dead End wants to at least make sure he leaves a pretty wreck when he dies. This vanity leads to a lot of teasing and derision directed toward Dead End, which just makes him feel worse. The only thing that can lift his spirits is blasting Autobots in battle, despite what he says about the pointlessness of it all. It seems he's too busy trying to save his own life to get depressed about the possibility of losing it.

Abilities: In vehicle mode, Dead End can reach speeds of up to 220 mph. He emanates a radar signal that allows him to detect the movements of any vehicle or robot within a 200-mile radius, and he can use it to mentally map the surrounding terrain as well. He's adept at using this ability to lead enemy Autobots into traps - such as dead ends! In robot mode, he carries a compressor-air gun, which can let out a blast of air that packs a 40,000 psi punch, enough to splinter a grove of oak trees.

Weaknesses: Dead End is a fearless fighter in battle, but getting him motivated to begin fighting is always a problem. Sometimes he can be so listless and depressed that it takes a direct hit with a cluster bomb to spur him to fight. When that happens, he's usually no longer in any condition for battle.

Both approved. Onslaught can start in Kaon in Kolkular, maybe joining in on the little conference in the command center. Dead End can show up in Kaon or in the Polyhex battle thread, bemoaning the recent con loss I imagine.

Weapon: Energo-Sword
Tasbirk wrote:This is a repost of final approved version for everyone's convenience. The position of Gallow's killer has been filled by Springer, played by Armorwind. Profile edited to reflect this, and the Rank assigned by Devastron.

Name: Rapture
Allegiance: Decepticon
Subgroup: Seekers
Function: Warrior
Alt Mode: Cybertronian fast attack fighter (form based on War Within Seeker Jet)
Weapons: Seeker-styled high-energy photon pulse cannons on arms / at base of wings, homing micro-missile clusters in shoulders / in upper fuselage
Special Abilities: None
Height: 30 feet / 9.1 meters
Quote: “Boast all you want. Results speak for themselves.”

Strength: 5
Intelligence: 7
Dexterity: 8
Speed: 9
Endurance: 6
Courage: 7
Firepower: 8
Accuracy: 7
Melee: 5
Tech Skill: 5
Charisma: 8
Rank:6

Profile: Rapture is a female Interceptor variant on the classic Seeker, intended as a response to the growing Autobot threat to Decepticon air superiority. Her designer (I would love it to be a PC\NPC, as it gives a newbie like me an immediate hook to interact. Volunteers?) Believed that form and function were not mutually exclusive. Her lithe form packs firepower rivaling the best of the Seekers, while sacrificing very little in terms of durability and raw strength. She is easier on the optics too.

Much of Rapture’s early career was in point and area defense duties common to Seekers. She proved herself a competent and enthusiastic soldier and one with an uncommon trait for a Decepticon- she works well with others. Deeply devoted to the Decepticon cause, she has little time for those who bicker, plot, or curry favor. Early sections of her service record are peppered with incidents were she convinced bickering squadron mates to focus on the task at hand, often to noteworthy effect.

A more recent event involved an Autobot spy who slipped past her squadron with vital security codes. When Gallows, their commander, demanded an explanation for the failure, the squadron began to blame one another. Rapture took full responsibility for it and vowed to recover the data. After four days playing hide and seek with the Autobot in the Sonic Canyons, she returned, damaged and exhausted. She presented Gallows with not only the codes but also the head of the Autobot spy before lapsing into stasis lock. The commander was so impressed that when she was repaired he had her reassigned to his personal staff. While many of her former squadron mates respected her victory (and the fact that she covered for them), a few were jealous of her new assignment, claiming she was “interfacing her way up the ranks.”

Rapture served with distinction under Gallows, often acting as his enforcer, or as close as the Decepticons come to a morale officer. Gallows often deployed her for reconnaissance in force duties, striking quickly at Autobot forces then falling back to report on their number and disposition. However, her true calling was spy hunting. While she rarely found opportunity to partake in this kind of mission, her track record in it was impeccable. Five Autobot spies pursued, five deactivated. She was Gallows’ right hand, a fact she ably demonstrated when she took a blast meant for him. This only increased the rumors of her ambitious sexuality.

Recently her unit was ambushed by Autobot forces, taking heavy losses. Gallows was destroyed by Springer while covering the squadron’s retreat. The remaining Seekers from the unit were all reassigned.
Rapture is physically a midnight blue Seeker with a sleeker, feminine build. Imagine a shape somewhat like Arcee mixed with the War Within Seekers. She has gray accents along her wings, forearms and thighs. She is considered quite a beauty by Cybertronian standards, but that’s likely what her designer had in mind.

As described above, Rapture is a dedicated soldier and a team player. Those who know her well enough to see past her professional demeanor will tell you that there is more to her than just a loyal Seeker. She has a dry sense of humor and boasts rarely, if at all. She delights in chasing down her prey, cornering them before going in for the kill. She has an artistic streak, probably inherited from her designer. She spends at least a few hours a week working on memory metal sculptures and holographic portraits.

Abilities: In jet mode Rapture can reach speeds of Mach 3 and has a flight ceiling of 52 miles. As a Seeker, she can reach Mach 1 in robot form. Her maximum range is 4000 miles, owing to her lighter frame and primary reliance on energy weapons over heavy ordinance. She has thrust vectoring capabilities, which helps prevent stalling problems some others experience at low speeds in pursuit of land-based targets. It also improves her maneuverability at high speeds.

Rapture’s weapons were designed to increase the effectiveness of standard Seeker armaments against maneuverable single targets. Her main weapons are based on standard Seeker laser cannons, but they have been modified to fire concentrated photon pulses rather than continuous beams. These rapid-fire cannons are more powerful than basic seeker lasers, and easier to aim. They are also well suited to strafing or covering fire.

In lieu of traditional wing mounted heavy ordinance, Rapture carries clusters of homing micro-missiles on an internal hard point in each shoulder. While not yielding greater damage than a standard homing missile, they are much harder to dodge. (I don’t intend either weapon description as a special ability, but rather as a justification for her high Firepower and Accuracy).

Weaknesses: -While no pushover, Rapture lacks the brute strength of the male Seekers.
-Rapture’s micro-missiles are not very effective against hard targets like bunkers and other large structures, as they rely on cumulative effect rather than a single strike.
-Her low tolerance for infighting and self-aggrandizement sometimes puts her at odds with some Decepticons, who see her as a threat or at best a “tattletale”.
- Rapture was romantically involved with Gallows, although it did not begin until he confronted her about her motives for saving him, forcing her to admit her affection. Very few know the truth in this matter, but it would probably be embarrassing if it came out, in light of the “gold-digger” rumors.
-Most importantly, she wants revenge for Gallows death. She has privately sworn to destroy his killer, and would go to great lengths to do so, possibly even disobeying orders or compromising her position.

Sample Post: Hellfire leaned towards his partner Brimstone conspiratorially. “I’m telling you, they’ll never miss us,” the young Seeker said. Probably a little louder than he should have. “This is detail is pointless. We haven’t seen an Autobot in weeks.” He scoffed, shaking his head. “We’re in the middle of nowhere guarding munitions we never use. We just head off to the mess for a drink or three and come right back, no one the wiser.”

“I dunno, pal,” his wingman replied, finally allowing himself to be led away from their post “If Gallows finds out we’re scrap. What if Rapture stops by? Or sees us at the mess?”

Hellfire sneered at the mention of the female. “That chrome-polisher is too busy fawning over the boss to check up on us.” This seemed to allay his friend’s doubts.

“You’re right,” said Brimstone. “Okay. Just one drink.” The two Seekers started off towards the mess. Brimstone appeared to consider something for a second. “Rapture is a looker, though,” he said.

“A looker is right, wingman of mine,” Hellfire replied. “It’s too bad those legs are wasted on such a killjoy! If she was my girl I’d get her to lighten up.”

Just then, a hail of photons scored the bulkhead above the two. They hit the deck, turning in unison to see the aforementioned legs before them.

Rapture glared down at the two Decepticons before her. Why a good soldier like Brimstone is always letting an idiot like Hellfire lead him into trouble is beyond me, she thought. She let them wonder if she was done shooting for a moment before speaking. “I sometimes doubt a screw-up like you would even know how to get a girl, Hellfire” She raised an eyebrow, screwing on a wry expression. “Or what to do with one if you did,” she finished. Seeing Hellfire was about to start making excuses, she raised her weapon again, her face turning deadly serious. Hellfire shut up before he had started. “Get...back...to...your...posts,” Rapture said slowly, one word at a time, in a tone that didn’t bother to hide the threat in it. Hellfire and Brimstone almost tripped over each other they took off so fast.

Minutes later, she had arrived at Gallows’ office. She snapped a crisp salute and waited at attention, earning a slight smile from the usually grim Decepticon officer.

“What is it?” he said, his tone every bit as formal as her posture. His consort ways almost always formal with him, even when they were alone. It was a little game they played.

“Little to report, Sir,” Rapture said. “I caught Hellfire and Brimstone away from their post. Off for a drink I believe.”

“I see,” Gallows said, shaking his head. Those two were good soldiers but they were trouble when it was slow. “You took care of the matter, I assume?”

A smirk colored the female’s features. “Yes Sir. They returned to duty immediately.”

Gallows chuckled softly. “Indeed. And how did you accomplish that?”

Rapture’s smirk bloomed into a predatory smile. “I asked nicely,” she replied.

The commanded laughed aloud at that. “I’m sure you did. Anything else to report?”

The female Seeker shook her head. “Nothing else abnormal, Sir.” After a moment’s pause, she continued with a sly glow in her eyes. “Hellfire did give me a good idea though Sir.”

His curiosity piqued at the mention of Hellfire having a good idea, Gallows couldn’t help but ask. “And what might that be?”

The sleek female leaned forward, resting her hands on the commander’s desk. The predatory smile was back as she spoke. “You do look like you could use a good polishing, Sir...”

I already approved ya over PM, no need to post it again. You're good to go. :)

Profile: When Telegraph was originally deciding on which faction to join at the beginning of the Cybertronian War he was in a bit of a pickle as he didn’t care. Being the apathetic and selfish bot that he has always been, Telegraph decided that he would join the team that would concede to his demands, which consisted of doing whatever he pleased as long as his results were at acceptable levels. The Decepticons couldn’t be trusted to keep their word but the Autobots would continually nag and hassle Telegraph about his self centered ideals and work ethic. Naturally he joined the Decepticons (besides, they would have slagged him if he had said no). Telegraph enjoys the high life at his secluded mountain estate deep in Decepticon territory, although he is commonly away on reconnaissance duty, which consists of floating over Cybertron and reporting back Autobot or insurgent activity. In robot mode Telegraph is sleekly ornamented in porcelain and brass, his face an unnerving blank slate covered in a stylized goatee, lending to himself a noble, almost heroic look with his elegantly gold airbag draping his shoulders like a cape.

Abilities: In airship mode he is undetectable by most common electronic means, however, he can be spotted with the naked eye, but because he doesn’t attempt to draw attention to himself he rarely is. He also stays well above the ground, which would usually hamper information gathering, however, Telegraph has very sophisticated audio/visual sensors. In case he is noticed, Telegraph packs aerial mines as a means to dissuade enemy attack. When cornered in robot mode, Telegraph opts for his twin stilettos; he can be blindingly efficient with them, much to the surprise of his foes who might take his ponderous alt mode as an indicator of his hand-to-hand combat ability.

Weaknesses: In alt mode, Telegraph is horrendously slow and if his enemies are able to circumvent his aerial mines he will most certainly give-up. Which brings us to Telegraph’s true weakness: he is a tremendous coward. He would rather rot in jail (though he would surely not stay there long due to his silver tongue) than be blasted apart.

Sample Post:

Telegraph awoke in the loft of his ivory tower, processors rested from a day of rigorous labor of consuming energon delicacies and hobnobbing with the Decepticon elite. He left his soft bed unmade, sauntering over to one of the two enormous windows in his room and looked out at the bustling world below. Ah, how splendid it was to be above all of that.

After being polished by his attendant he appeared in all of his usual splendor, all gleaming white, gold and brass in the audience hall. It was quiet now, but Telegraph always put on a show, not for any other person in particular, but because it pleased him that he was so refined and unapproachable, yet so personable to those who warranted, and then rarely those who deserved, such treatment. Today only a data pad required his attention. Within its flat and seemingly worthless shell lay some of the Decepticons’ most prized secrets, and Telegraph was very pleased to be one of the few constantly contributing to its length.

Suddenly there was the sound of an incoming message and reactively Telegraph pressed the receive button on his throne. “Telegraph, you care summoned by Megatron, report directly to him at once.”

“By his command, long live Megatron!” Telegraph exclaimed enthusiastically. However, he hoped that he would far out live the chaotic tyrant.

I like this profile quite a bit. He kind of reminds me or an evil version of Mirage. Perhaps there could be a rivalry of some sort there. His estate would likely have to be in Kaon at this time since it is the most heavily defended Decepticon territory. Start him there, rank 6.

Double-Take reached for his blaster, but felt a sharp pain in his chest. He looked down to see the hilt of a knife protruding from his chest. He looked back up in to the eyes of his enemy, and even though this Decepticon was designed with a face plate, Double-Take could have sworn he was smirking.
"You shouldn't fall for something this simple, Autobot," said the decepticon in a voice that was clearly a mocking distortion of Hound's. That not-there smirk was the last thing Double-Take saw before falling in to darkness.

Pulling, his knife out of the Autobot's chest, Interference stepped through the open doors and set about his work. Within the hour, he was ready to contact command.

Profile: Snipe Shade had been a rookie sniper in his earlier stellar cycles, but his abilities and skills had proven to be more than reliable throughout the battles. Often teased to be a prodigy right from the start, his commanding officers would test and push Snipe's limits. He began to doubt his worth in the faction, and even considered switching sides, for he thought that the Decepticons were less strict with their orders and expectations. Though he was quickly straightened out in his thinking after witnessing the harsh treatment of the enemy amongst themselves during a reconnaissance mission...And after having a good talking from one of his close senior officers. The truth about Snipe was that he tended to be lazy and easily discouraged. But whenever he finds the right flow of excitement going, he is becomes a great asset to his team.

Abilities: He has a camouflage ability (generated by the foldable car top) that helps to conceal his whereabouts during his solo and reconnaissance missions. It is highly effective if Snipe doesn't move too much, and even more so in bad lighting. Snipe also has night vision.

He has a Sniper Rifle that fires 1 round per second. Give or take. It can fire 4 rounds consecutively, but takes like 10 seconds for it to cool down. Snipe could push it 5 to 6 rounds, but he takes a chance of permanently disabling his rifle until repair or having it explode on his arm. His ammunition is: (for lack of physics theories) armor piercing plasma shots, and a special setting of stun ammo.

In the event of a close range battle, he has a large blade storaged in his leg for use. But it is only for occasional defensive measures, because Snipe is not physically trained for close combat, nor has the strength to deal hard enough blows. But what he lacks in strength he makes up in speed, incase it's time to turn tail and run.

In car mode, Snipe can go over 60 mph in 3 seconds and have a top speed of 310 kph/193 mph. Can use rifle while in this mode, as it comes out on the side of the vehicle, but accuracy is lower during movement. Likewise, on his other side he can open up his blade and cut things down while driving.

Weaknesses: Physically weak compared to his Autobot brothers. Can take a quick beating, but doesn't take too long before attaining heavy damage. Occasionally needs extra motivations, due to his fluctuating thrill personality, but won't admit that he needs it.

Sample Post:

Sitting by himself in one of the briefing rooms on an Autobot base, Snipe thought about what he had seen on his last mission. He was having serious doubts about himself and his place in the faction, which was making him consider switching sides. But after seeing the Decepticons for what they really were for himself, he was very ashamed for even thinking of doing such a thing. Snipe requested to see his former senior officer, who was his closest friend too, because he had previously confided in him his deepest thoughts before leaving for the mission.

The door to the room opens, and in steps a familiar face.

"Sir. Thank you for coming.." Snipe says.

"You asked to see me?"

"I've just returned from a successful recon mission, and..."

"..Get to point." he said, trying not to sound too impatient.

Snipe sighed. "I've decided to stick around. I won't be leaving the Autobots."

"And what changed your mind?"

"I saw how those Decepticons treat their comrades. One of them practically beat the other into a junk heap without remorse. I guess I took my position for granted. I thought I knew what I was doing. But you can't really blame me right? I mean, I'm really good at what I do, but I keep feeling that whatever I do is never good enough. And-"

"You are very stupid for somebody with your intelligence."

Being slightly insulted, Snipe says, "Are you saying that I-"

"Quiet," the officer interrupts. "I'm not done yet. You complain that you are pushed to your limits, not appreciated, and other useless dribble. Did you ever think that they push you because they know you have more potential? You are not under appreciated, but neither can you expect to always be praised. Snipe, you are the sorriest bot I've ever come across. You have this great ability, yet you are poorly self-motivated and lazy to boot. You won't live long in this war with that attitude. And if you couldn't cut it here, what ever made you think you could make it in the enemy's troops? I didn't say much before, and I was gonna wait to see what action you'd take before doing anything. But I will say this now, if you did betray everything that this team has worked for, everything that the Autobots stands for, I would have taken you down myself."

Snipe took a good look at his friend's face and saw that he was not bluffing. "I'm sorry." he says humbly and sadly.

"Well, I did say you are the sorriest bot I’ve ever come across." he said in a serious way, but with a joking intonation.

Caught off guard, Snipe rethought what was just said, and then chuckled a bit.

"Welcome back to the team, you dumb nut." the senior said, as he placed his arms around Snipe's shoulders.

"You know, after that speech, I'm feeling I may need to rethink my relationship with you." Snipe said, with both of them laughing.

Profile: To say Jazz has a quick mind and a thirst for knowledge would be an understatement. He’s always ready to learn knew things or experience new adventure, which is why he was Optimus Prime’s right-hand mech when the Great War spread across Cybertron. If there’s a dangerous mission to be done, Jazz will be the first to volunteer—and it’s a safe bet that he’ll handle it with enviable confidence and flair, although he might get sidetracked by something interesting along the way. He can adapt to just about anything, he can even assimilate into just about any culture after just observing them for a little while—although it can be sometimes hard for a giant robot to fit in. Still, the war provides Jazz with the adventure and excitement that a ‘Bot like him lives for; he revels in the challenge, though he’s smart enough not to tell anyone.

Abilities: With a job like his, Jazz always needs to have a few tricks up his proverbial sleeve. One of his trademark gimmicks is his ability to emit light-and-sound barrages reaching up to an overwhelming 180db, and he is as accurate and skilled as ever with his photon rifle and shoulder-mounted flame unit. His windshields contain solar-sensitive compounds that act as solar panels; increasing his fuel efficiency. His rear spoilers allow him a gliding ability for about 3000 feet, if he makes a jump in car mode.

Weaknesses: No matter where he is, Jazz can be prone to distraction by local sights and customs.

Sample RP:

Earth – Autobot City

Explosions occurred all around Autobot City as the invading Decepticons battered through their defenses. Megatron, and his pack of Decepti-Freaks, came and attempted to take the city from the Autobots, and now they were called to defend it. Jazz didn’t know, and at the moment, didn’t care about why the Decepticons were here. All that mattered was making sure Autobot City wasn't completely destroyed from Megatron’s invading forces. Running around and scrounging their Defensive positions, Jazz was among those who were in the Central Command Centre. “Ironhide, we need those defenses up and running ASAP. If this city doesn’t become battle ready, we’re toast!” Jazz told his long time friend. Running down the ramp, he looked back at the variety of ‘Bots working to try and save the city, and he said, “I'm goin’ down to give those Decepti-Freaks something else to worry about!” Ironhide nodded as Jazz left the Command Centre.

Coming out of the Blast Doors that were meant to keep the Decepticons out, he quickly transformed into the Cybertronian Hover-Speeder and speed away. En route, various Decepticons attacked, so many that he was outnumbered 3-1. “Ah, Decepticons. When will you learn?” The Hover-Speeder flew a few meters in the air as his body began to change into his Robot form. Hitting the ground, Jazz rolled to cushion his fall. He took his Photon Eliminator Rifle and began to shoot at the first Decepticon he saw, which happened to be a fighter jet. As the Jet’s Double-barreled Photon Cannons fired at him, Jazz rolled forwards and as he came back up, shot the Jet in its Port side engine, forcing an emergency landing. Getting off the floor and looking towards his left, he saw another ‘Bot coming towards him. Jazz made various shots with his Rifle, but all were evaded as the enemy was on approach. Finally getting close, the Decepticon tackled Jazz to the floor, holding him confined, “Autobot scum, your city will fall.” Jazz’s facial expression changed from Angry to Humor as he said, “Not if I have anything to do about it.” And as he finished, his right shoulder began to change as a Shoulder-Mounted Automatic Incendiary Gun fired several shots into the Decepticons head, effectively melting the surrounding metal and killing it.

Jazz got up once more, and as a pack of fighters came at him, he transformed into his Alt. Mode and speed away. But no matter how fast he went, the Jets could keep up with him, and they continuously fired shots trying to knock him out. Not being able to dodge them all, Jazz was hit in the left leg as he changed back into his Robot form. Reaching the outer walls of Autobot city, he was cornered by Decepticons. “Surrender Autobot, and you might live long enough to tell us where the Matrix is!” One of them yelled. “Might as well kill me now. I will never tell you where the Matrix is.” Jazz responded. The ‘Bot became very fed up with his arrogance, and right as they were about to kill Jazz, Ironhide and Bumblebee jumped in front of him, firing several shots and destroying the threatening Decepticons. Looking back, Bumblebee asked, “Are you alright?” Fixing the temporary circuits in his leg until Ratchet could take a look, he said, “Yeah, let’s go fry some Decepti-Freaks.”

Alright, I have changed his Alt. Form to Porsche 935 Turbo as seen in the series, and I have also made his Tech Skill 8 and Melee 8 as well. If there is anything else, please let me know :)

Alt. mode: Cybertronian Jet (Looks similar to a Sukhoi Su-47 for reference)
Weapons: Bot: Compact Anti-Personnel Carbine, Powered Combat Knife, Explosives (can be interchanged at base or similar supply point)
Alt: Carbine fires as nose-mounted cannon, Air-to-Air Missiles, can drop explosives like bombs
Special Abilities: Holographic Projection Capabilities (Range: Self), Sensor Jamming
Height: 26.2' (8m)
Quote: "Any idiot can fight on a battlefield. It takes a certain bot to fight on the enemy's turf."
STRENGTH: 5
INTELLIGENCE: 8
DEXTERITY: 8
SPEED: 7
ENDURANCE: 5
COURAGE: 6
FIREPOWER: 5
ACCURACY: 5
MELEE: 8
TECH SKILL: 7
CHARISMA: 2
RANK: (Pending)

Abilities: Interference is capable of using his holographic projector in combination with voice-mimicry software to apear as any other Transformer. While infiltrating, Interference will use his sensor jammer to put nearby sensors in a feedback loop (they will only detect the last thing they detected). Explosives used frequently include High-Explosive (for sabotaging target), Incendiary (primary choice for incapacitating an enemy, but rarely chosen), and Flash-Bang/Smoke (for distractions and escapes).

"Oh, I'd like to give you a piece of advice, soldier."
"Of course, Sir, it would be an honor," was the eager reply, as Double-Take turned to face Hound. Only Hound was no longer there, in his place was a dark figure with the Decepticon emblem prominantly displayed on the chest plate.
---
Pulling, his knife out of the Autobot's chest, Interference stepped through the open doors and set about his work. Within the hour, he was ready to contact command.
"Charges have been set, Lord Megatron. The Autobots will be unable to effectively deploy, you may begin the assault."

Approved, rank 5. Start him in Kaon in Kolkular, the Decepticon fortress. I should have a mission for him soon.

Name: Deepshot

Function: Air recon

Special Abilities: Flight in both modes
Height: 24 ft / 7,3 m
Quote: 'Justice will meet the unjust.'

Profile: A Decepticon fighting for the wrong cause. He feels neither the autobots or the decepticons are where he belongs, however he follows the decepticons to improve his ability, with plenty of chances both in battle & conflict with fellow 'cons. He's quiet & prefers to take missions by himself, & when working with others tends not to get involved with them.
He sees every Decepticon & every Autobot as a threat & a challenge.

Vehicle description: Silver metal covers his midsection, which is slightly pentagonal from front to back, & 13ft thick top to bottom, with a long "tail" reaching out behind it. The wings come out on poles & sit vertical & parallel to the main body. The wings are almost right angled triangles, with points facing forwards. They are a dark blue with gold detailing & have thrusters along the back & bottom. The midsection is curvy & aerodynamic.
(Think Beastwars Deptcharge's spaceship.)

Abilities: Capable of reaching Mach 1.5 in the air. Being a Decepticon his robot mode can sustain slow flight (50mph) for lengthy periods of time or reasonably fast speeds (250mph) before quickly starting to drain his energy. His shotgun shoots either shells or energy blasts capable of mild stunning within a 30meter radius. His wrist mounted missile launchers can fire two small missiles, both capable of a 15meter radius, however his high accuracy decreases incredibly when using his wrist missiles further than 10meters. In his alternate mode his wrist mounted missiles fire from the shaft of the flight vehicle, & his shotgun can be released from his underside to form a turret-gun.

Weaknesses:
Can have difficulty turning at high speeds.
As he see's everyone as an enemy it is not so easy to gain the trust of Deepshot, however this can be manipulated. However his high intelligences requires manipulators to also be highly intelligent.
He is quite literally "best when fresh". His energy, speed & accuracy start decreasing slowly but the speed of this increases after a while.

Sample Post:

Deepshot sped towards Autobot city, he'd received the call & he, like all currently earth-bound Decepticons were to attack.
He flew straight into the line of fire of two autobots, shots rebounding from his metallic silver armour. He sent signals to his left & right wings, tilting them slightly to get a better angle, his missile launchers opening automatically. He aimed at the first autobot, waited, & fired. He aimed at the second, & fired his second missile immediately. Swerving up he didn't wait for return fire, he fully expected it, he hadn't fired fatal shots.

He barrel-rolled over the top of a jet-packed autobot, shooting another missile at it's pack, sending the 'bot crashing to the ground. Suddenly his radar noticed a line appear in front of the sun. It was Swoop, one of the Dinobots. Prime & his Moonbase crew had arrived.

Swoop transformed & shot at Deepshot. He retaliated.
The process started. He felt what was to become his right arm free itself of the main jet shaft, & a hand start to form. The wings folded up & held themselves behind where his back would form. He could feel his optic sensors coming online, though his head was still locked in the panel that covered his vitals in alt.form. There it was, the sun. Oh how he hated that sun. His feet now forming from the engine that powered his aerial vehicle. That sun woke him every morning during his stay on earth & how he despised it. Every time he saw it it reminded him of all the things he missed on Cybertron. Swoop swung at him, causing him to fall backwards a bit. Deepshot retrieved his shotgun as the transformation finished. He fired at Swoop in the back, sending him towards a newly formed Devestator along with the other dinobots. They'd finish it another time.

Could you describe his camouflage ability, as I'm not sure how exactly that works. Also some description of his gun would be good, as most Transformers use laser weapons and this gun sounds like a solid shot one. Thats fine but I just want to be sure about that.

Approved. You can start him in Iacon.

Weapon: Energo-Sword
Justicity wrote:Name: Deepshot
Allegiance: Decepticons
Function: Air recon
Alt. mode: Air to Water vehicle (similar to the vehicle form of Depthcharge from Beast Wars)
Weapons: Shotgun & two small missile launchers on forearms
Special Abilities: Flight in both modes
Height: 24 ft / 7,3 m
Quote: 'Justice will meet the unjust.'

STRENGTH: 5
INTELLIGENCE: 8
DEXTERITY: 7
SPEED: 7 in both air & water
ENDURANCE: 6
COURAGE: 6
FIREPOWER: 6
ACCURACY: 8
MELEE: 5
TECH SKILL: 4
CHARISMA: 3
RANK: Ask from the leader of the faction you belong.

Abilities: Capable of reaching Mach 1.5 in the air & 240mph in water. Being a Decepticon his robot mode can sustain slow flight (50mph) for lengthy periods of time or reasonably fast speeds (250mph) before quickly starting to drain his energy. His shotgun shoots heat seeking shells or energy blasts capable of mild stunning within a 50meter radius. His wrist mounted missile launchers can fire two small missiles, both capable of a 20meter radius, however his high accuracy decreases incredibly when using his wrist missiles further than 10meters. In his alternate mode his wrist mounted missiles fire from the shaft of the flight vehicle, & his shotgun can be released from his underside to form a turret-gun.

Weaknesses:
Can have difficulty turning at high speeds.
He can only go so deep underwater, after 5 minuets solid diving he will start to feel the pressure.
Seeing everyone as an enemy it is not so easy to gain the trust of Deepshot, however this can be manipulated. His high intelligences requires manipulators to also be highly intelligent.
He is quite literally "best when fresh". His energy, accuracy & underwater pressure stability start decreasing slowly but the speed of this increases after a while.

Sample Post:

Deepshot sped towards Autobot city, he'd received the call & he, like all currently earth-bound Decepticons were to attack.
He flew straight into the line of fire of two autobots, shots rebounding from his metallic blue armour. He send signals to his left & right wings, tilting them slightly to get a better angle, his missile launchers opening automatically.

I need some more description on his alternate mode. Being able to travel in the air and through water is pretty powerful, almost sounds like a triplechanger. I need more info on it before I can make a decision. The shotgun firing heat seeking shells it a bit odd too, since shotguns tend to be a bit short range and the shells would be awfully small to have seeking abilities.

Sure thing. Rather than waste a post I'll edit the first one. If that's ok?

Edit: There, edited.
Just to justify that the water travel wouldn't be triple changing (though I don't mind giving it up, it was just an idea), remember Deptcharge's (Beast Wars) ship? Or in fact, his flight mode? That was a ship that would travel underwater, through space & through the air. I just thought I'd go for something like that, without the space travel of course.

Well, I'm not sure how "realistic" my idea could be, but I was figuring that the Covertible top would act as a camouflage generator. So like if that would get damaged, he couldn't be camouflaged anymore. It would generate the neccessary change to color of the car, so he would come off as a sort of optical illusion. Kinda like how the Predator's camouflage works.

His gun is like Megatron's in way. In where it shoots focused blasts. (laser/plasma, whichever fits the tf's tech better) And instead of it shooting big blasts like Megatron's, it generated in the long barrel of the sniper so that it's focused in a smaller blast, but just about as strong.

The lenght of the car is about 15 ft/4,550 mm, so his sniper is understandably two-thirds his size. 10 ft/3000 mm.

Profile:
When the civil war first broke out, Stark stood alone, fighting both Autobot and Decepticon. The Decepticons took notice of his combat skills and attempted to recruit him. When he refused, they tried to kill him, but he simply shot down the security drones and fled, some of the finest Decepticon warriors on his tail. In his fleeing, he crossed into a battlefield and nearly fell over a bridge to his doom. Just as the final blow was about to be delivered, Ironhide tackled Dirge, giving him a chance to escape. The following day, he joined the Autobot ranks, vowing never to stop fighting so long as a single Decepticon still stands. His great combat skill is greatly valued by the Autobots but his methods are not.

Stark is a gun-happy maniac. He would much rather destroy an entire city through collateral damage in a fight with a Decepticon than leave a city unharmed and let the Decepticon go unharmed. In fact, at times he seems more like a Decepticon than an Autobot. He is not entirely gun-crazed, though. He still holds the same Autobot ideals for peace and is willing to avoid combat in some situations. His motto (quote, see above), however, perfectly reflects his belief that "Peace can be achieved, but not through negotiations. The only way to have peace is to blast the ignorant Decepiton slags to nothingness."

Abilities: Stark's top speed in his alt. mode is 110 mph. His concussion blasters are capable of stunning the targeted part of the enemy's circuitry from five minutes to six hours, depending upon what system is hit and how readily available someone can repair them is. For example, if their left hand is hit and no one in the area can repair it, it will be impossible to use for five minutes. He can create only one hologram at at time and it cannot speak or move, only remain stationary. His hand-mounted lasers do not cause manage, and are mainly used for blasting open walls, blowing bridges, etc. A nice feature about them, though, is that they can retract into the hands. This leaves room for the Energon Cutlass to extend from his right wrist and it allows him to punch an enemy without worrying about the guns breaking. In both vehicle and robot mode, the cannon can be fired, held over the shoulder like an RPG. It fires a powerful laser capable of completely demolishing non-reinforced (in other wors, not a military base) Cybertronian buildings. The gattling gun is mounted on his left arm and can also collapse into his body. It fires bullets.

Weaknesses: Every character has some kind of weakness, write it here.

Sample Post: In here you can let your creative talents come to a boil. You've put all this time into building up your character (or compiling the info for a canon), now show us what you can do with them. Write a sample post for your character. Have them in a combat situation or a non-combat situation. Just remember that grammar and characterization counts.

Swoop

Allegiance: Autobot

Function: Dinobot Bombardier
Weapons: Missile Launcher, Laser Pistol, Thermal Sword
Alt. mode: Pterodactyl
Special Abilities: Fuel Efficient
Height: 32ft / 9.75m

Profile- Formerly named Divebomb, Swoop was a member of the Autobots, and then Grimlock's Lightning Strike Coalition. He later became part of the Dynobots (now the Dinobots), Grimlock's elite commando team.

Swoop is the most affable of Dinobots and often acts as their liaison to the other Autobots. He gladly accepted the membership as his contribution to the Autobot cause. Little did he know that the good-natured, kind mechanoid that he is would be disguised as well.

Even though he's able to get along with them better than the rest of the Dinobots, he still agrees with his comrades' belief that Optimus Prime is an ineffective leader. Some Autobots are put off by Swoop's fearsome his loyalty to his team, which often disguise his seemingly out-of-place kindness and good-natured personality. This secretly saddens swoop, but this sorrow is outweighed by his dedication to the Dinobot squad and there goals.

Making a spectacular descent from the sky, Swoop watches with unhidden glee as his enemies scatter in terror before his looming presence. Swoop has managed to turn his advantage on the battlefield to the Dynobots, where he has become an expert at using his diving attacks and disconcerting battle cries to confuse and scatter his terrified Decepticon targets. That's just the way he likes it; because he knows fear is a more effective weapon than any equipment he carries.

Fear is also his greatest friend. His ability to cause it in others is the sole comfort he derives from the form generally considered the most horrifying of all the Dinobots. The closest design of an Autobot to a seeker, even his comrades shy away from him, an ever-present reminder of the Decepticon threat. That is Swoop's tragedy. The Autobots were caught of guard at the start of the war; with Swoop around, they will not be again.

Abilities: Swoop has above average strength and intelligence, but is still the weakest of the Dinobots. In Pterodactyl mode, he soars at speeds up to mach two. He is a top-notch flyer and his maneuverability is excellent. Subject is also a fully trained pilot. He has two wing-mounted missiles launchers with air-to-air and air-to-ground capabilities. Each missile has a blast force equivalent to 5,000 lbs. of TNT, and they are extremely accurate at ranges up to 8 miles away. Swoop's specialty is swooping down to low altitudes and releasing them virtually point blank at their targets, and then speeding away.

He can also use the launchers in robot mode, as well as a laser pistol or thermal sword that heats up to 4,000 Celsius and is capable of slicing through most Decepticon armor plating. Swoop is also highly fuel-efficient. His maximum range is 10,000 miles, greater than almost every other flier the Autobots have.

Weaknesses: Although he's extremely maneuverable and has great endurance due to low fuel consumption, Swoop is vulnerable to enemy firepower due to the relatively fragile nature of his wings.

Note to the Mods: I altered the speed and range to reflect the char’s Speed and Endurance stats. The speed is verbatim from the Faq listing for Speed 8 fliers. The range was taken from Scattershot’s profile, who it should be noted has a lower endurance and is NOT Fuel Efficient. I would be happy to change them if you would like me to. In addition, I thought all the Dinobots could fly in robot mode?

Sample Post- Swoop flapped about in triumph as the defeated Insecticons were rounded up. “We Won!” The exuberant mech cried. He transformed, landing in front of his leader, Grimlock. “We go home now?” At Grimlock’s tacit nod the shorter Dinobot cheered. “We going home!” he shouted to his fellow Dinobots. He turned his attention back to Grimlock.

“Me, Swoop and Jetfire make ship work again with Insecticon’s stuff. Jetfire smart,” he said, nodding solemnly. “He fix ship. Me help. Then Me, swoop fly,” he insisted, pointing a thumb at his chestplate. “Me, swoop best pilot. Me get us back home in no time!”

Stark was one of the top Autobot warriors back on Cybertron. When several Autobots left the planet (Optimus, Bumblee, etc.), he attempted to earn favor and become the new leader. This plan, of course, failed. Shortly thereafter he, left for Earth. His ship crashed not long after Optimus' though he was reactivated sooner, in the year 1943 instead of 1984. Shortly after his reactivation, the Nazis hauled him off to a military base. They attempted to reverse engineer him so they could build the ultimate weapon. He destroyed a large portion of the base and fled. In order to travel more safely from the people who would do him harm, he took the form of a Panther tank. He lived more or less in secret for the years it took for the other Autobots to be reactivated.

No Sig in RPG forums please -Devastron

I already see several issues with this app. For one thing, he uses 83 stat points instead of the allowed 75. Counting his special abilities, he's up to at least 93 points. That's far too many. Trim it to 75 including the special abilities, please. Also, he is too tall. 42' is a mammoth Transformer. He needs to be 33' or smaller.

The time travel bits in his background need to be removed. Please read the RPG History and other information threads to get a clearer idea of what the RPG's setting is. Since there's no way for him to have been on Earth in 1943, his alt. mode needs to be changed as well. Most likely he'd be some sort of Cybertronian tank.

I like how you added to the stock bio. Very nice. I'm confused about why his name used to be Divebomb (like the bird-mode Predacon), though - is that something from the comics I haven't read?

Other than that, looks excellent. I have no problem with the range figure you gave. Given that Swoop probably glides as much as he flies, it makes sense. I couldn't see him going Mach 2 for 10,000 miles like a Seeker, but I can imagine that speed being something he could achieve for short bursts. So no issue there, I don't think.

On the robot mode flight question, I believe it was ruled a while back that the Dinos do not fly in robot mode (despite them doing it at some point during the toon/comics). Devastron can clear that up, too.

Consider this approved, but please let me know the deal with the Divebomb bit in his bio.

I totally agree that the max speed is more for short bursts. I imagined his cruising speed as being around half that, or less.

The Divebomb angle is indeed from the comics, J. In the comics The Predacon now known as Divebomb was a bitter rival of Swoop's. After a heated duel the Predacon defeated Swoop. He took the name Divebomb as his own, mainly just to be a jerk. Their rivalry continues to this day.

Motto: "Feed them to the Sharkticons!"
Name: Ruckus
Allegiance: Decepticons
Alt. Mode: Cybertronian All-Terrain Buggy
Weapons: Twin Heavy-Duty Rocket Launchers
Height: 25 ft/7.62 m
Quote: “I take a licking and keep on ticking.”

Strength: 8
Intelligence: 8
Dexterity: 7
Speed: 5
Endurance: 3
Courage: 10
Firepower: 8
Accuracy: 6
Melee: 8
Tech Skill: 6
Charisma: 6
Rank: 5

Profile: Ruckus is a deadly, devastating warrior whose usual state is a state of disrepair. This rolling bucket of loose bolts and peeling boiler-plate always looks like he just lost a demolition derby. It's not surprising that he's always willing to take the biggest risks on the battlefield, since he doesn't care what sort of shape he's in after the battle is over. All he cares about is winning. He is one of the bravest, nastiest and most daring of the Decepticons. He can be among 100 fighting Transformers and still stand out from the crowd. With his bullhorn voice, his high-amplification, stereophonic, constantly revving motor and his plunge-forward-never-retreat style of combat, he makes his presence known to all those around him, particularly those enemy Autobots who suffer the savageries of his onslaughts. Millions of years ago, on Cybertron, Decepticon Commander Megatron employed Ruckus primarily as an errand droid. At that time, Ruckus was considerably smaller: he had been designed to perform only a non-combat messenger's role. But at the battle of Valvolux, Ruckus proved his true worth when, after having been caught by surprise behind enemy lines and smashed to pieces by an Autobot-launched proton missile, he was still able to warn an approaching squad of Decepticons of the impending Autobot ambush with the part of him that still functioned: his voice module. Megatron rewarded him by rebuilding him into the stronger, larger form that he still has to this day and by granting him status as a full-fledged Decepticon warrior. And Ruckus has returned his commander's faith in him with unflagging loyalty and unyielding effort.

Abilities: In vehicle mode, Ruckus is particularly adept at ramming and running over opponents. He's been known to send the wheels of enemy vehicles flying in four separate directions with one of his charges. With his titanium nail- studded tires, he can grip and roll over virtually anything. He can achieve a maximum speed of 190 miles per hour and has a cruising range of 570 miles. He can expel a viscous, noxious-smelling oil-slick from his tail pipe that can send any vehicle in pursuit of him into an uncontrollable tailspin. In both vehicle and robot modes he is armed with heavy-duty rocket launchers that fire mercury-tipped exploding missiles. The detonation of a single missile can create a crater 50 feet deep and 500 yards wide.

Weaknesses: Although not known to have any specific weaknesses, Ruckus' penchant for charging into battle without concern for his own well-being creates a constant need for spare parts to patch him up. Although he is usually suffering from several ailments at any given time, he rarely allows any of them to keep him off of the battlefield. He doesn't let pain stop him from doing his job.

Profile: The crackling sound of fused body parts short-circuiting is a sure sign of Shrapnel's work ... and is music to his audio modules, the characteristic quirk of Shrapnel’s speech, the eerie and sibilant way he repeats the last word of every sentence, is actually the least disturbing thing about him. He’s fascinated by the power of electricity, especially its effects on living subjects. He uses his amazing mastery over electricity to painfully dismantle his foes, one charred circuit at a time. In fact, whether he's scrambling microchips or shattering an armoured torso, it isthe noise of war, the scream of his victim that Shrapnel considers the true rewards of his work. He relishes these sounds much the same way an actor relishes applause. The pitiful wails resulting from his evil handiwork elicit unabashed glee in Shrapnel, whose terrifying battle cry can be heard for almost 8 miles when he gets excited. Once a simple electronics engineer creating electronic equipment suited for all sorta of transformer hardware in the beginning, Shrapnel turned his ways around and left his stagnant, boring, everyday job for that of the promise of glory and recognition that the decepticons had promised him upon entering their domain-- the gladiator pits. He had his unique ability to manipulate electricity, often downing opponents faster than the blink of a human eye. Or even becoming a momentary puppeteer, making his weaker foes bend to his will, often humiliating them. This was the start of his huge egotistical battlecry, his thirst for his victim's painful cries.. the Decepticons allowed him freedom that a normal everyday transformer could not do in the open. Over the course of time, his original hovercar mode had been forcefully replaced, to that of a fast attack jet capable of launching aerial strikes. The process itself was but a small price to pay for the Decepticon cause.

Abilities: Subject’s twin antennae are able to attract, generate and control electrical current. On their own, they can generate up to 40,000 volts of energy and can channel even more current in proper weather conditions. By careful manipulation, Subject can use his antennae to control almost all electrically powered mechanical devices. In jet mode he can fly up to 50 miles at up to 100mph. In robot mode, he can send a bolt of searing, raw, channeled electricity towards a foe through his hands. He also wields a grenade launcher that fires 30 lb steel shells. The shells explode in mid-air and shower targets with thousands of razor sharp projectiles, tearing most armor to shreds. With his high strength and electrical power, Shrapnel is physically the most dangerous Insecticon.

Weaknesses: Insulating materials, such as rubber and glass, can be used to thwart Shrapnel's electronic assaults. Also, his habit of making his presence known audibly makes him an obvious target.

SAMPLE POST:

A loud buzzing screech echoed though out the corridors as Sharpnel stalked his prey. The Insecticons exictment growing, as he drew nearer to his prey. The first had popped and crackled so wonderfully, under his delicate touch. Yes he would have to recover the remains later, shattered optics and blown vocal processors would be worth the study. Then he saw it. The little red autobot rounded a corner just ahead. "Its futile Autobot Autobot." He crie d that hissing echo reverberating off the walls as the imposing Insecticon hurried.

Yes, there he was, leveling his grenade launcher crimson visor brightening with the thrill of this possible kill. Something suddenly slammed into him, knocking Sharpnel to the side. "No..no..." He uttered his shell firing by going wide and slamming into a wall. The Smaller autobot grappled with him, trying to hold his arms wide. Hissing in anger he curled his legs and kicked out sending his foe flying off of him. "Fool...Fool." Electricity crackled to life between his antenna, thrusting his hand towards his scrambling to recover foe a bolt of pure raw energy fried out slamming into him. The autobot jerked and screamed, it was music to his ears. "Futile Futile ." He hissed rising to his feet.

"Prepare for oblivion...oblivion.." He chuckled, the former tech smiling in twisted glee as that power crackled to life again. Cheated of one foe..he would settle for another. Yes...yes...this one would do. Firing the prone autobots form blackened slightly as servos popped and circuits shattered due to the current racing though it. However he cut off the flow before he could fatally wound him. Yes, he had more instore for this one. Turning his head he noted the passage was blocked, thanks to his errant shut the other Autobots escape was assured at least from him. This one though would pay, dearly. Transforming into his Stag Beetle form he decended upon him, mouth gnawing and biting. Chewing and sallowing alloy. The Autbots screams and Sharpnels shrieks of glee could be heard for many miles, soon however it was only the ravenous decepticons voice that rang out. As he feasted upon the very sparkcore of this unfortunate bot.

Jazz
Prowl
Ratchet
Wheeljack

I believe Ratchet is available and Jazz is taken, but don't quote me on that. Also, I don't believe new applicants can apply for high ranking officers such as Prowl and Wheeljack.
