Well for a while, all the text was centered but now it all seems to be left alignment. Makes the boards and HMW look funny, but perhaps we are getting an upgrade???

Somthing for you to think about Tammuz eh, like fussion cannon could be a little graphic of megatron or super megatrons fussion cannon like the alt mode icons and they appere in the box that the alt mode icon apperes in or perhaps another box since that maby taken by the robot mode icon, think about it the weapons deserve a pic

"Fireblast" is a horrible, horrible name. You've probably considered others, but how about barrage, salvo, sustained fire, artillery or fire support?

I like the stealth skill, but why just against aerial straife?

Surely you should be able to hide from all variants of strafe using it?

Will you be able to choose if your bot can be an headmaster or targetmaster, or will there be certain conditions that would have to be met before you can become one?

on what are you basing this? strafes too powerfuil becuase it's double fed; once by FP, and once by strafe, use the formula i gave in the staff forum and it's damage will fall in line with that of repair and Ram, unless you have extreme differences in numbers on each side

i said it didn't balance when you first brought these tactics up 2 months back, they still don't, limiting the targets for a tactic means that sometimes it'll be useless and someties awesome,, that true of our current strafe but at least it works in homeostasis with mission numbers, having it go off type rather than numbers destroys that and creates a negative feed back loop, wiping out the tactics effectiveness, whats more with limited target choice, you concentrate the damage on the targets, you don't spread it out(which is what makes strafe so interesting and distinct from ram, which is another point since half the tactics seem to just be name and/or feeder substitutions), in addtion an extra roll to save against strafe just further neuters it.


Leokearon, Headmaster/targetmaster are tactics, so are linked to your choice of alt, you choose one of the alts with the master tactics as one of it's 3 tactics and will be a headmaster/targetmaster.

That's just from testing that Omega Sentinel was doing. Don't worry, it will fall in line with all the other territories by the time v2 starts.

Headmasters/Targetmasters will exist as tactics in certain altclasses.

well that's an interesting way to handle target/headmasters. i actually figured that target- and headmasters were going to be handled with "Minicons." like you can buy the head/targertmasters the way you buy minicons with similar benifits.

For the time being, it seems like the easiest way to bring them in at this time. Later on we may see them implemented as something else, but for now this is how it is.

Will alt-modes now available for all players (i.e. the elimination of faction-exclusive alts). I was originally an Autobot and have put a lot of work into Furtimus Maximus and avoided resetting him for bettter stats since he is the sole Decepticon F-117. Will I be able to get this alt back?

Nope, quite the opposite actually. I'd like to see at least 90% of the altmodes be faction specific. This allows for more variation on each side. For example the Decepticons have a Gizmo altclass, which can avoid, stealth and Firebast (or shell or whatever). The Autobots instead have a gadget altclass, which avoids, stealths and repairs. As each image can only be tied to one altclass right now, blurring the lines between factions loses some of the feeling that I'm trying to achieve.

i was wondering is there going to be like any up grades on intelligence.i think it would be cool to have something where at certain levels of intelligence you could like your weapon to make it better and stuff like that

you know, i really have trouble understanding what you mean in the second sentence, elaborate for me?

OS has said somewhere that intell will do something, IIRC it probably does something to do with xp but i could be talking out my arse on this. could i be any more vague?

Intelligence is going to increase the chances of targeting the opponent with the highest XP.
If you have a problem with level bullies then vamp up your intelligence and they will be in your crosshairs.
