Joss "Firefly" Whedon.
As producer, or writer? Oh, hell yeah. The guy can write, that's for damned sure. For director? Meh... not so much. While I'm open to the idea, I kind of prefer his work when he's more behind the scenes. I'd be interested to see what a Whedon screenplay would look like, that's for sure!
He did FireFly and Serenity, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, writes for Marvel (Is he still doing that?).
He also did Titan A.E. Can someone explain why people hate Titan A.E.? I loved that movie. (Saw it at a young age, and it stuck with me, much in the same way G1 did with you guys)

If he does to Transformers what he did to Batman, the people who want it to remain close to the source material will be just as angry.

Nah...Burton, although great, wouldnt suit a TF movie. And Shadowman, are you referring to Joel Shoemacher or Chris Nolan? If Joel ever got hsi hands on TF...id have to kill somebody. Chris Nolan would be great, but he hates CGI.

No sir, didn't like it. But then again, hated Star Trek as well. I also hated Stargate, Buffy, Dr. Who, and alot of the stuff that ended up on the Sci Fi channel when no one wanted to air it any more.

There's just something not right with you.

Well yeah, 'cause I hardly know you really.![]()
It is odd though. You don't like Firefly/Serenity, Star Trek, Stargate, Buffy, and Dr Who, yet you like a franchise about alien robots that can transform into different forms!
Altertron wrote:which character(s) in the transformer universe that you want or don't want to see in the next TF sequel. ex, if they add grimlock and other dinbots in the next one, the movie itself will not be consistent or make any sense. i mean dinosaurs in modern world, how can you explain their existence?
