yes, i've found one big issue on mine, a design issue. the sideways ratcheting of the ankles and hips doesn't have enough 'fixed' points. you can have him with the legs straight down (which silverbolt can do with his skinny legs, but the combined mode can't because the lower legs will touch before it reaches the detent)
or you can move the hips 1 point outward and the ankles 1 inward. which will make him ridiculously wide-legged. mine wasn't able to keep standing in that position.
so i've got him standing up as straight as possible, but the hips and ankles are not actually in a solid position but "between" ratchet detents.
