In fact, Optimus Prime isn't even a part of this combiner either. Optimus Maximus is.
So really, only Mirage is involved in both.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

??? I thought it was pretty cool. Well, the Henkei version, at least.
Sigmus Prime wrote:Welp, after the Cyclonus thing, this pretty much confirms it.
I prefer the look of the Classics mold, despite not owning it. That's the problem though - need an Ironhide, need a Prowl, but can't afford Classics, don't like CW appearances. What's a casual, non-wealthy collector to do?

I just wait till we get a better non combining one eventually.
Except that the First Aid mold's retooled head lacks the central forehead crest that Prowl's helmet has, but which is a match for Ratchet's helmet, and the Streetwise mold in robot mode is pretty much just Prowl from the next down.Randomhero wrote:Prowl will be the first aid retool that's been seen that everyone thinks is Ratchet. Sorry buts it's actually prowl. Why have two red and white ambulances? It's going to be an police SUV that's black and White and be prowl.

Well, so far that rumor from a few months ago is panning out about the MPs- and that did have Ironhide as MP-27... fingers crossed...

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Why so much hate for the G1 Arkbots being combiners?
We know that CW is chock full of retools. The moment this stuff was leaked it shoulda been very apparent that this is how it would go down. If these figures were made, then goblins came and destroyed your existing C/G Arkbots, you'd have something to complain about. But these existing doesn't taint your existing collection.
Don't like them? Don't buy them. GAWD.
Blades, I'm not arguing, but which version of Prowl? Got a pic? I'm not seeing it.Sabrblade wrote:... and the Streetwise mold in robot mode is pretty much just Prowl from the next down.

Cheers, everyone. Fun conversation we have here today.
And another thing. A bit of imagination working here, but iirc, in Japan, their "Scramble City" schtick, when you mix and match the limbs, you are supposed to get different outputs for the teams. Like, putting Dragstrip and the like who have top speed abilities on the feet makes menasor move faster or vice versa on the arms gives him a multi hit fast punching ability.
Maybe that can meld in with the current fiction?

G1 Prowl. the design of Streetwise's chestplate is molded to resemble the front end of Prowl's car torso.Cobotron wrote:Blades, I'm not arguing, but which version of Prowl? Got a pic? Tried my best to like those CHUG deluxe 2.0 toys for Ironhide, Ratchet, Prowl, Bluestreak and Silverstreak. Had a tough time trying display them in robot forms without them falling apart and refusing to do stable poses.
Think the P B S guys looked great miles away. Up close the toys looked cheap and terrible. Thought the engineering ruined these toys. Joints were on the loose side.
Thought CHUG Deluxe Ironhide and Ratchet were just throw away toys. As I found nothing to like about them. the sculpts were ugly and weird looking. joints were loose. Engineering was poor.
Favorite 2.0 Deluxe Autobot was Hound. That was a solid, good looking toy. Coming with Ravage was just icing on the cake.

I'm sorry. I should have been more specific. Who's version of Prowl? That doesn't look like a Datsun. Is there particular IDW artist's version?Sabrblade wrote:G1 Prowl. the design of Streetwise's chestplate is molded to resemble the front end of Prowl's car torso.Cobotron wrote:Blades, I'm not arguing, but which version of Prowl?
