Greetings All,

I'm sure this has been discussed before, so I apologize in advance, but as someone who is currently looking at Combiner Wars/Unite Warriors from the outside in, I have one question regarding Cyclonus/ Galvatronus.

OK, I get he is different. His theme is that he doesn't have his own team. He uses "mind powers" evidently to use whatever bots or cons are nearby and forces them to combine with him. This encourages the "mix and match" we probably all did with our Scramble Power combiners anyway when we were kids.

That said however, I would love just for there to be 4 Deluxe Class Decepticons created to create an all new Combiner. I mean we are getting great new Combiners such as Optimus Maximus, Sky Reign in addition to classics such as Superion and Menasor.

I know Japan has had some exclusives such as having a proper (Deluxe Class) Groove for its Defensor, althopugh I know 4 new molds is much more to develop than one, the running theme seems to be retools. Perhaps Tomy/Takara can retool 4 existing Deluxe Class Cons and create a unique team for Cyclonus.

Honestly, I agree, we do need more 'con limbs; That said, I just slap the stunticons on my galvatronus, and I couldn't be happier with him, he is such a vastly superior torso for them.

yeah, we need classic cons, but he works with so many others. for now, I'm going to slap the wave 4 bots on him and I will not buy a single Optimus.

I bought that mold for Menasor but that't it. Plus, with a prime replaced with a cyclonus, that means all limbs and torsos bought from this line will complete combiners with no left overs

Just on a side note, I think I'll have to get the rest of the deluxe Stunticons before getting UW Devastator, cuz I'm working on a alternative for CW Motormaster, and I wanna have the deluxes to use with him in pictures. Btw I just made some progress on the Menasor head the other day:

That CG work is really awesome. It almost looks as if it is 100% faithful to the toys. Cool beans.

I'm pretty sure we've seen this style before and probably that exact Superion video. I dig it and it would be cool to see more of this style.

I would rather something a little more stylized and gritty seeing as the upcoming youtube show (I'm assuming that is what you are talking about) is supposed to be more adult oriented. I'm having a hard time coming up with a reference video. I was thinking the USFIV intro, but it seems to miss the mark after watching it. I'll have to keep digging.

It's no longer "To Many Bumblebees" now it's "To many Autobots".

Also notice Optimus calls the Aerialbots & Protectobots both Autobots. I know they are both technically "Autobots" but at the same time if you draw to much attention to the name Autobot when applied to flying vehicles it can start to sound silly - when out of context like that.

I do so worry that unless They massively delay them many places all over the world won't see a sign of 4th and 1st Quarter releases as they get swamped by a wave of Star Wars toys.

I've already heard a nasty rumour that the UK has no more Combiner Wars releases planned for 2015 - not even the Autobot Limbs and White Optimus. - I hope that is wrong though. and if it is and they do release them - I expect they will skip Bruiticus which would be even worse on top of the lack of Stunticons.

The irony is can they even run that advert in the UK & Europe since you can't buy half of the toys in the advert.

I love him, but I don't read the comics, and never thought mixing the factions was a good idea; there are some lines that aren't to be crossed
