When God Neptune was announced, I figured that was it; there probably wouldn't be a giftset of the original-deco figures. I started looking for them on the secondary market, and found that Turtler and Overbite are in huge supply, but the rest aren't. My question is: what are the odds that these guys will be re-stocked by retailers? So far, my only avenue of getting the other four Seacons is to pay nearly twice their initial price, and/or buy them in a lot that includes one or both of the ones I already bought.

Lurk Mandarake. They generally go for under $300 (I think?) all together, or you can pick them up piecemeal. Not dirt cheap but considerably cheaper than eBay scalpers.
Well, I ended up going with an eBay scalper. Definitely paid a lot more than I would have if I had ordered them as they were released, but the lesson has been learned. Next time there's an announcement of a figure (or group of figures) that I've been waiting for since Combiner Wars began, I'll jump on it right away.
I peruse that Mandarake site for a while, but ultimately decided against it. Most of my experiences with international second-hand retail are okay, but I had a pretty bad one recently that was pretty expensive, and I'm a little wary of taking a gamble on something as expensive as the Seacons.

A similar experience to this is why I now make sure to purchase exclusives. If I buy but end up not wanting, I can always sell and get my money back if not more. But if I don't buy and later want it, I'm gonna be stuck paying way more.
