Which would still be welcomed by some of us, because the eBay prices on him = very ow
Indeed, since the toy he's retooled from, T30 Metroplex, is very much a G1 Metroplex in terms of transformation scheme. And of course the 3P companies haven't tackled the biggest issues with TR Fort Max...Gauntlet101010 wrote:A G1 version of Metroplex makes less sense than a G1 version of Fort Max IMO since Fort Max just leaves so much to be desired.
I'd have mixed feelings about Fort Max since I already have the TR version. I'd be interested in Metroplex, simply because I don't already have him.Gauntlet101010 wrote:But both would be a pass from me.
That's Selects though, not the mainline Titan.Gauntlet101010 wrote:I mean if we go down the selects route I think Black Zarak makes a lot more sense. Or even Metrotitan. I wouldn't buy Metrotitan, but the colours on Black Zarak would tempt me.
Eh... I dunno that that's necessary.Gauntlet101010 wrote:Maybe Primus? As a cheap way to get a rival for the upcoming Unicron (for those of us who got him).

Back to somewhat ER related, since this virus has everything on hold, anyone know when any more figures might be revealed? This can't be all of them, can it?

The feet are still talonlike IMO, they're just closer together so that they don't need the webbing the original had:Emerje wrote:I like the dino bird mode quite a bit, it's just the legs that are problematic. They're too close together making him look bowlegged at certain angles and his feet are all wrong. He has the feet of a song bird, not the talons of a bird of prey like the original.

Basically two Transformers that combine in both modes. Lynx is a lynx and a base and Sky is a bird and a shuttle. Or at least that's how I imagine the name split. Anyways, this makes me feel like I'm getting so much more for my money.
