What parts do you believe are the same between the two? I'm legitimately curious because I haven't found any and no one has suggested before that there were any. If anything, Siege Sideswipe and Prowl are more an example of convergent or analogous design than they are homologous designs (e.g., directly evolving from one or the other or a common, recent root). Nothing more extraordinary is going on beyond that they both transform into futuristic sedan-style cars. The original point is that Siege Optimus Prime and the inner white robot of Siege Ultra Magnus share no parts in common either and aren't retools of one another. All of the molding, sculpting, articulated parts and joints, etc., are unique from one another. They just both happen to be based on the same Earth truck design and the legs share some transformation engineering cues. Think of it this way: you wouldn't call Siege Optimus Prime a "retool" of G1 Optimus Prime, or of Combiner Wars Optimus Prime, or even Classics Optimus Prime, but they all transform into roughly the same vehicle in very familiar ways.
