We would like to apologize for Apollyon's delays. We've been continuously producing its almost 300 parts, testing and reworking it. This has been our biggest project to-date and we want to get it right. We realize some of you are frustrated with the delay but rushing it at this point would lead to more frustration. Thank you for hanging in there.

In terms of future reveals, our designers and secondary engineers' work on Apollyon has long been completed. Please don't assume we are taking resources away from MX-I.

Thank you again and Happy Year of the Goat! We'll be back shortly to bring it home.

Nice of X-Transbots to send out a message to us eager fans. And that accompanying picture with Apollyon about to go Air Jordan on somebody is fantastic. I'm still patiently waiting, and they're right about not needing to rush. The issue is what usually happens w/3P products - announcing unreliable release dates. In this case, X-T really jumped the shark when saying this guy would be ready by Dec'14.

Good news all round this, if your gonna do a masterpice figure do it right. All the people whining about it taking so long need to take a long hard look at some of KFC's figures.

Good news all round this, if your gonna do a masterpice figure do it right. All the people whining about it taking so long need to take a long hard look at some of KFC's figures.

I agree, I have not handle any of KFC's figures but every review I have seen has had some not so little quality or design issues that are pretty bad when you figure in the MP price tag they have...

I am super excited for Apollyon, they could wait until May/June for all I care...if that means getting the best figure they can make.

Computer renders are neat and all, but I personally am looking forward to the first photo of the actual final production toy. Then hopefully a video review will follow shortly.

Well we at least know Cyclonus is on the cards and well what are Scourge and Cyclonus with out their leader ? i'm pretty sure XT will make one .

I would sooner see Takara come through with one of the con leaders though .

Agreed on Galvatron, we need an MP Version to go with Roddy and Magnus, I'd also like to see Cyclonus and Scourge.

This looks awesome, I've been mainly focussing on getting my little Autobot army together for the Masterpiece line, but I just got an MP-11 the other day and I'm looking out for MP-13. Would be great to get t his guy aswell to go with them!

Any clue which would be the best place to get this guy in Europe? I've burned my hands a few too many times on import costs when ordering from the states.

The only issue with UK based sellers of course is that the Pound is so strong compared to the Euro right now. I got an MP-11 on the 'cheap' this week, in theory.. but with the pound being so strong it still ended up costing me over €150.

Did you buy the Takara MP-13 or the Hasbro one?

I got MP-13 off Chimungmung, another great option if you want to save yourself money. If I were you I'd go for Omegalock for Apollyon, I can't find him anywhere else in stock at a better price.

Where are these guys from Chimungmung located since their prices are in dollars?

As for Apollyon, I'll most probably be picking him up from Omegalock as you suggested. I've sent them an e-mail at the moment with some questions.

That's indeed a great price, unfortunately as I said I'm a bit wary of ordering from outside of the EU at this point.

I bought a Hasbro MP-10 off eBay last year and a Takara MP-10 from BigBadToystore and got taxed on both which ammounted to 210 EUROS combined for both figures, that's a whole new Masterpiece right there!

So I'm a bit worried to order from Hong Kong as the Belgian customs will probably screw me again and I'll up paying 50 euros or something on import.

We're getting closer, people. Closer...

My guess, if we're lucky, is April at the earliest. I can't imagine they'll have him out before the end of March. Heck, it might even be May by the time we see a full release.

That's still better than MMC level delays.
