TFSource- Transformers online toy retailer TFSOURCE.com has prototype images up showing the next round of Justitoys WST line of mini transforming robots. Justitoys was the creator of the WST Dinorobots line (Smallest Dinobots).
Smallest Transformers was an official Takara Transformers product line a few years back, and with the lines eventual end, a lot of unhappy collectors were left desiring more. In steps Justitoys (and a few others as well) to feed the need.
The unofficial toy line is continuing with
WST Communications Liaison (Blaster) and
WST Military Operations Commander (Shockwave).
You can view the
TFSOURCE pages by clicking the above links, and you can see the images below as well.

A
financial article has appeared on the site of
Business Week in regards to earlier reports of Motion Picture director and
Transformers movies Producer Steven Spielberg and his resurrection of Dreamworks Studios. As
reported back in July of last year, Spielberg had landed a deal with India-based movie studio conglomerate Reliance, for a business proposal for $1.5 billion to potentially produce up to 30 movies in the next 5 years.
This article however reports that with the current weak economy, both Dreamworks and Reliance have been having problems putting their finances in order to achieve the $1.5 billion mark and will most likely be settled at
only $650 million. Instead of a seven year plan it would appear that Dreamworks will now only concentrate their efforts for the next three years in the their current status. The returns of movies like
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen may be an important factor for Dreamworks to rebuild itself over the next few years. What this would mean for future movie products including a future third installment of the Transformers Movies franchise is undetermined at this time.

From
RyallTime, the blog of
IDW Publishing's Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall, comes news that IDW will be launching a brand new Transformers product in 2009.
To be released in May 2009 will be IDW's first Transformers Picture book, to be titled "I am Optimus Prime". Ryall himself describes it as:
"The book itself will be something new: not quite a normal picture book and not quite a comic book, but rather some sort of hybrid of both."
Each book will be Hardcover, with a dust jacket and be around 32 pages in length.
The first Picture Book will be written by Chris Ryall with Joe and Rob Sharp on art duties. The art will be based on the look of the Transformers Robot Heroes figures, and you can glimpse a sneak peek at an example of the Sharps work by

After only three issues, it seems that they Titan UK Transformers Animated Magazine and Comic is to be published no more, according to UK transformers Fans reporting on
www.transformertoys.co.uk.
Although the Titan
Animated Magazine Website gives no indication of the cancellation of the series, (the site remains un-changed since October 2008), further proof of the cancellation has been provided by Son Goku of the TFW2005 Boards, who has been issued
a notice informing him of the cancellation.
It appears that the main Titan UK Transformers Magazine is continuing to be published, with Titan's Animated subscribers being automatically switched to the mainline subscription.
This is not good news for Transformers Animated fans in the UK, who have had to deal with delays and other issues in regards to both the Animated television and show and toy distribution.
