This is former transformer designer Alex Kubalsky. Only five of these were ever officially released. I believe this to be of several produced for Takaratomy in house designers involved in it's design. I designed the smoke stack weapon.

I love the artwork of the 13 Primes, there's a couple full-page spreads but not as many as I would've liked to have seen. As far as I can tell, it's all new to this book; nothing reused from other sources. Some of it seems very IDW-inspired, but I suspect that's because some of the artists have worked on both projects.

Weibo user Geekv5 has posted two in-hand images of upcoming Year of the Horse Optimus Prime, showing off its translucent trailer deco and the blue Energon axe (rather than MP-10's blazing orange). It also seems to confirm that the figure's right shoulder features the Year of the Horse Autobot symbol, rather than remolding the left-hand one. The marvellous world of eBay keeps delivering its magically mysterious gems - and this time, it's in the shape of unreleased redecos of G2 Combat Heroes Optimus Prime and Megatron! Apparently belonging to Hollywood Heroes, Toy Hunter's Jordan Hembrough shop, the two figures sport, respectively, a darker blue and red scheme and a jungle-themed, grey and green camo paintjob, compared to their original release.
