The marvellous world of eBay keeps delivering its magically mysterious gems - and this time, it's in the shape of unreleased redecos of G2 Combat Heroes Optimus Prime and Megatron! Apparently belonging to Hollywood Heroes, Toy Hunter's Jordan Hembrough shop, the two figures sport, respectively, a darker blue and red scheme and a jungle-themed, grey and green camo paintjob, compared to their original release. Check out the images below, and the auction here.

Actually yes
Also I love that G2 prime (the one from the box set) sinister little thing in person.

Bricks? Those toy molds are well articulated, having at least 14 points of articulation each, and were considered exceptional in that regard back then.Rated X wrote:Two grand for a couple bricks ?

The Armada Megatron Tank looked better but really was a Mega-brick. G2 Megatron was cool when he came out, the scaled down version was even better with improved articulation...also Mega-boobs!

Felt like linking this from our friends. The figure is IDW based, using Armada Megatron Toy to start with, and really is appropriate as a G2 alternative or concept.
It was G2 that really revitalized me as a fan, the passion simmered until Beast Wars, and it's always been going since.
