Don't care about which alts are available as long as there is a nice variety of them. I don't think I have any set plans for any of my Marauders as far as alts go right now. I know there a few I would like but they can switch around for the time being if they have to.

I may have lost the post in which I requested (and got icons made in 50px and 30px), but I'd like to see a Hemi Orange 1969 Dodge Charger R/T added to the mix. Although I'd like for it to represent Cyb. Downshift, I'm highly biased. As an option for Windcharger, I'd like to get "KITT", the modified 1983 Pontiac Trans Am (with modified front end and T-Top). Other suggestions would be the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona (and a 1970 Plymouth Superbird for the Decepticons), and a Decepticon-only Plymouth Fury and Saleen S281 for a unique pair of Patrol Cars.

(If a police car category is ever conceived, Ram would be a good ability -- with an exp. or Skill requirement. Of course, this would be a neat acquired skill for the existing "car" and "racecar" sets.)

I'd also like to see a Train category for both factions. In the Autobots' corner, the Series E-4 Max Shinkansen (J-4/Midnight Express; already present in "truck"), 500 Series Shinkansen (J-5/Railspike, in soft blue; common), 700 Series Shinkansen (J-7/Rapid Run, in gray), and Fairbanks-Morse H-24-66 "Trainmaster" (in dark gray, or any other color; rare).
(Of course, "Shinkansen" = "Bullet Train".)
In the Decepticons' corner, a 2-8-4 Berkshire steam locomotive (American equivalent to Astrotrain's Japanese 2-8-4 D62 Berkshire; same steam locomotive as the Polar Express; in violet), TGV Atlantique (Atlan/Alan, in orange or gray; common), 4-8-4 "Greenbrier" Northern (same steam locomotive as the 1970s-1990s Soul Train; rare, in dark gray), and a GE (Evolution Series) ES44AC (a new EPA-complient, AC powered Diesel electric). The 2-8-4 Berkshire can retire the locomotive that's already present, but its not necessary.

My gripes: On a side note, there is a Jet listed as being an "F-14", which is cited as being taken from a picture of G1's Air Raid (who is clearly an "F-15"). If an F-14 is needed, might I suggest G2's Cyberjet Jetfire/Hooligan or G.I. Joe's Skystriker? Following this, there is a forward-view F-15 (listed as Any [G1] Seeker). The image comes from Transformers #3 (the Spider-Man issue), and is of Starscream, then flying with a captive Sparkplug. There is also an alt-mode called an "F-16 Fighter" floating around that is actually an image of an "F-14" (possibly the above-mentioned Cyberjet Jetfire).

now I'd like to set the record straight on this keep/lose altmodes issue: altmodes will be lost. I realise that this is going to be an unpopular decision, but this is why.

Let's say you are a decepticon and you have the

alt. I'll most likely be transferring that to the predacons where I'll be giving it the Land Predator alt class, which is not available to the Decepticons. If you stay decepticon, that alt will have a tactic combination that I didn't intend for the Decepticons to have.

I also intend to remove a few alts from the images db, unless there's a major cry for me not to:

since it's fugly

just really don't match the alt theme anymore

because the Quintessons own the Sharkticons now :twisted:

Thanks for the re-direct. I just found all the stuff I requested months ago.

At the time I thought Barricade was going to be a Charger Interceptor instead of a (Saleen) Mustang Interceptor.
(I can't remember if I ever got someone to do the remaining Bullet Trains though.)

is there really any need to remove them from the DB? the sharkticon one we should definetly keep though to add some variety to quint missions; having 3 or 4 sharkticon alts would be preferable to the same one repeated endlessley, and would make telling them apart a little easier.

Will they be limited to just the one faction? Because while the Maximals would probably serve my team's theme, I'd still like access to the Dinobots' alts.

I have a problem with the Argo being removed Mkall, it has been the alt for my leader for a long time & it is a pretty popular alt as well.
There are other truck alts that need to be booted that are not up to snuff with poorly drawn designs...please leave the Argo alone.
