Thanks! Yeah I need to get my hands on gnaw and some more sea themed transformers and maybe another trypticon so I can make atlantis a full circle. Kinda hard to tell but did you notice sharkticon megs is sitting on a throne made of astrotrain? I can't remember where I saw that fan mode but it fits perfectly between the two towers on trypticon.

What's wrong with the the Swerve mold? I like this mold, I have both Swerve and TFCC Optimus, but it's the Gears version I didn't like, the head was too Brawn.
And I think the name Tailgate is fine since the word can also be a verb meaning driving to close behind.

What's wrong with the the Swerve mold? I like this mold, I have both Swerve and TFCC Optimus, but it's the Gears version I didn't like, the head was too Brawn.
And I think the name Tailgate is fine since the word can also be a verb meaning driving to close behind.

Effectively, only Tailgate from that wave was bad. They did remade him in Titan Return too. Cosmos, Gears, Swerve, and Shrapnel were (and still are) just perfect.

As someone who's has spent an inordinate amount of time with Swerve, he does a great job of straddling the IDW/G1 line. Compared to some of the more recent legend class releases he is starting to show his age though. Gears would have been great if they did something else with his head; Cosmos and Skrapnel do exactly what they need to do; but Tailgate suffers too much from IDWitis. I liked TG at the time, but I've fallen out of puppy love with the comics. I want to track down a PotP TG as a replacement.
