As far as I'm concerned, HMWv1 is plauged by crossover material, seeing we have altmodes from tons of series, that if we were going to take a "transformers only" stance we would just piss off people anyways.

This is a game for us to have fun with, so make it fun. Having crossover missions and/or special events will add oppertunities and enjoyment that will benifit rather than limit our options.

[peer-pressure]Plus with Transformers retconing Go-Bots into it's multiverse, and GIJoe retconing MASK into it's toyline, why not crossover? Everybody's doing it.[/peer-pressure]

I know, I only found out yesterday when I saw the figure in the new Toyfare. I looked it up after getting back to the office and my jaw hit the floor that I had missed something that cool coming out. not surprising seeing how little we see in these parts for GIJoe

Needless to say, I have one in my BBTS:PoL, ready to ship out once they get the Mickey Primes. I hope they do a few more characters, because I'm geeking out over this.

Not yet atleast, but it's a step in the right direction. If there is a strong enough reaction to this I could see them doing more figures and hopefully some of the vehicles later.

Hopefully at that point they won't do them as convention specials.

erm is there any chance u can transfer expierence from old hmw so that people who worked ultra hard wont have to to start all over again cause u might lose some fans (not me) just looking at the best interest of hmw 2 also nice work guys i saw the brilliant trailer

As most know already, HMW2 will be a completely new game. Everyone will be starting over and all XP and Energon will go back to zero.

Plus the two databases aren't compatible.

Gran Turismo (like Suikoden) allows you to import your licenses (basically your level) from one game to the next. Without having to retake the driving tests. Suikoden allows you to import certain characters from one game to the next. Crossing generations in the case of Suikoden 1 and 2's characters into Suikoden 3.

That could be hard to do.

However if the images we have had are being kept the same that it shouldn't be too much harder to possibly alter them to two or three layers so a bit more customization would be possible.
