Well I've heard that little by little POC figures are hitting the shelves. I haven't been able to find anything but then again in my area ROC was clogging the shelves more than ROTF Tuner Mudflap. I'm torn over what to do since there are going to be 3 TF lines on the shelves concurently with POC. Damn Hasbro.

Found one new POC HISS, and Wolfhound at Meijer in Canton, MI.

Only bought the HISS. WOrking on opening it now. $24.99 seemed a bit steep, so I left the Wolfhound. Only one set. Absolutely nothing else new there.

All of it, and it's all on clearance prices everywhere, except TRU.

Makes me mad when I spent regular prices on a lot of them... :BANG_HEAD:

BTW, I am not sure how many of you have looked closely at the new HISS, like it or don't, but, it reminds me of the dropship on treads.

It looks like it could fly (well, in the unreal world anyway). Almost like I could picture them dropping the treads to fly away in retreat.

The system that holds the top down previous to springing it up, does not hold well on my version.

The really cool thing is the tank treads. Totally 'real', not a molded tread with plastic wheels. I know we knew this, but it is most appreciated when you have it in hand.

However, due to the spring system, and the treads not moving too easily, when you try to 'push' it into battle or position, it often just springs up...

Another cool thing, lots of ports to connect more weapons to, like those you may have gotten with your Target RHINO, or have left over from the older lines.

The ugly dark desert color is a bit bogus. I really can't wait to see what it looks like in the cartoon blue, the original black, or even crimson command colors.

It does come with a plethora of stickers to give it more detail, and of course, a bevy of numbers, letters, and cobra symbols that you can use to customize it how you would like.

The 25th Hiss driver is included, in a darkish red color, and with what I think is the Destro from the comic two-packs where he is wearing that really odd flight gear...

Also included is a backpack for the HISS driver, and his/her old style COLT 45, or whatever kind of pistol it is.

Overall, a cool update, it's big, but it;s also still got flaws, at least, I think.

I know, this post is useless without pictures, right??? :)

Don't feel to bad. We all paid full retail. The Target by me had only 4 of their exclusive battle packs left. 2 Serpent Armors, 1 SS Ninja Cycle, and 1 Jet Pack.

Sorry to tell you but the ports on the HISS tank won't work with any of the older modular weapons. No idea why.

Well well, I stopped in here to see if anyone had found the new HISS, and it seems my questions have been answered.
As for clearance stuff, my local Target had ROC figures on clearance for like $1.50, but all they had were Destros. That was disappointing, I was hoping to find a couple Vipers of any type so as to troop build.
Someone said they found a Ghost Hawk, and that brings up a question. I found a Ghost Hawk at Kmart last March and I bought it, and it was in the 25th reissue packaging, you know, the clear box, like the HISS and Sharc were? I also saw a Sting Raider but passed on it. Now, like a year later I've got an open Ghost Hawk from what would appear to be a cancelled series. So, how big of a mistake did I make by opening it? It came with Lift Ticket, if that will make you all scorn me more.

Well seeing as how it was supposed to be part of an internet only wave, how I got it, it can go for a little but not much over retail. Keep in mind the new ghost hawk is a remold of what you have.
Stopped at TRU today before I leave town tomorrow and the POC vehicles were gone. I'm sure they'll be back.

The look on my face is because I was trying not to cry. His daughter was there total babe. Again if I wasn't trying to not cry I'd hit that up. By the way for those of you late to the party one of those men in the pic is me. Here's a tip, put that pic on a shirt and watch the women run.

Onto the Joe stuff, anybody a member of the Joe club and can score me a set or two of the good Sarge? Anyone?

so is the bluray of the animated movie an online exclusive? No one in my town is carrying it and only Best Buy even has the DVD version. Why is this movie so hard to find?

Well shout factory sent my USB Dog-Tag that was the pre-order bonus, and no movie. So my question is when I get the movie do I keep it in the case it comes in or put it in the slot in the DVD set?

I pre-ordered mine from shout factory to get a dog tag bus drive. That came two days ago. Still waiting for the movie.

TRU brick and mortar have their POC exclusives in stock. Something tells me that's all we'll see until ROC clears out. They also had one Hiss and one snow cat.

I picked one up a couple months back, great paint scheme, I don't know why they canceled it, unless the original ROC Ice-Viper didn't do well.

There he is hiding behind Chuckles.

A better shot.

As for the TRU Shipwreck, I used FOR Snowjob.

I'm not aware if he is, at least not that I have seen, and if he is, all the better. The figure deserves to be out there.

I'm hoping that the TRU's in my area are getting the POC specials. Looking at Spirit, I just feel that is the wrong look for him, but that body might work well with a head swap from Ripper, for an updated look.
