What about their own mods then? Seeing as how we have 2 bot mods, 1 bot admin and only 1 Con mod I doubt that'll happen either. Even though it's fair too.

Staff members are chosen by their abilities, not by their faction. If it turns out we need more staffers and someone catches our eye who happens to be a pred, then we bring that poster on board. Also, one of the bot staffers will be going maximal, so that may help balance things out a little


Didn't mean to bust your bearings Mkall. Just thinking outloud. But it would be nice if we had a Maximal and Predacon mod come version 2.0 if it were at all possible.

The whole "Mods must be balanced between factions" thing was never an official, just something that seemed to happen in the beginning and became one of many HMW "urban legends".

So really, a Mod shouldn't be chosen because of their faction, if they're chosen they should be able to step outside the boundaries of factions and do what's best for the game and site as a whole.

It would be nice, but will it happen? Most likely not unless by sheer chance.

People, remember that despite some similar attitudes, The Maximals and the Autobots will be fighting one another too, as will the Decepticons and Predacons.

I know this may be putting the cart before the horse but I gotta ask. Does this mean that there could be potentially 2 sides against one in some missions?? Where the say the decpticons were were being opposed by say the maximals AND the predacons? Or even 4 way battle royals?

Personally I'd love to see threeway missions or battle royales, but I don't know if they'll happen for sure.

I'd love to see bar fights,with out weapons amongst the same faction... you know like Klingons ^_^ and i would love to see more lore about autobots vs maximals and cons vs preds.There have to be a good reason for them to fight one another.

So first after saying V2 would behere when the movie hit te theaters... Was wrong! than it was begin august than mid august than the end of august or mid september. Sorry seems like the same bullshit as Glyph used to feed us. It's almost done just wait a bit longer and three years laters there OS in my opion pulling the same ****. But i'm glad to see there no longer any false statements when V2 is coming so could be a month, six month or even year. Or even longer... same old story :?

Stop Barking Man. OS and the others are doing an awesome job, and they are doing the best they can to bring out V2 with little to no problems. They are bring new things into the game all the time. Minicons, Newer Missions, NPC's, Team forums etc. The codes for all the things that they are putting in the game are very difficult to do. I would rather have V2 working the way it's supposed to then have a bunch of problems like we have with V1. There I've said what I wanted to. So please please please everyone please be patient.

I bet if you offered to help with the programming they might be able to get the full V2 out the door a bit faster... Until the full reset I'm just going to enjoy looking for the new snippets of V2 which have so far been uploaded.

As Lincoln says in the sleep commercial "Chill"
when they get it right they will perform the reset. Until then at least we have a fully functioning game.

Alright guys, he's welcome to his opinions. To be frank, I want this thing to happen tomorrow so I can start kicking Autobot, Maximal and Predacon butts all at once. But OS is a busy person, working his normal job, some high-end contract and HMW, so we just have to be patient.

Let's not derail this with anger and sparks please

I think the most important words in your post are the last two of the first paragraph.

now if I was paying a monthly subscription like corporation produced games, then I'd be pissed. But how can I complain about free?

Will it be possible to have a few more statistics on the team pages for V2?

'XP per battle' averages would be really handy to judge performance, especially if we could have 'weekly', 'since last reset' and 'overall' totals to compare.

sounds like a good idea,if it is divided into LVLs,i think overall stats would be confusing,but LVL stats would be a nice touch,and would add to the game if you could see how you did each LVL,instead of just overall.

also if the MODs are still looking for another ALT CLASS now about POWERMASTERS.
we already have Headmasters\headmaster JR,Targetmasters in the mix as heads,weapons. why not complete the Nebulans with POWERMASTERS which transform into engines.

the only thing about Powermasters different than Headmasters, Targetmasters is they combine with the ALT mode not the robot mode. which could be a extra attack in robot-mode"unlike targetmasters attacking when partner punchs,or kicks" instead of alt-mode like the headmasters,or a added AVOID type tactic in alt mode,or a robot attack like the Targetmasters but in a different way.but its not u to me how they work,just posting a idea i had when i was going threw my team bios today.

I am a bit sad that i dont see Reflectors alt mode.The cam could use some flash tactic to blind enemy for 3 attacks so they miss or a jet might crash to the ground.

will the amount of characters you can use for your bots names be expanded... I had to change the name of one my guys to "OmegaKnight Galactor" as "Omega Knight Galactor" wouldn't fit.
