Wasn't it said in the anime that the Amazoness Quartet were actually the Guardian Senshi of the solar system's four major asteroids?
The Amazoness Quartet were not Sailor Senshi in the anime. They were, however, in the manga. After the Dead Moon Circus was defeated, Neo-Queen Serenity restored and purified the Amazoness Quartet into their proper forms: the Sailor Quartet.
CereCere became Sailor Ceres
PallaPalla became Sailor Pallas
VesVes became Sailor Vesta
JunJun became Sailor Juno
These four Sailor Senshi were Sailor Chibi Moon's team of Sailor Senshi in the 30th Century (just as the Four Guadian Deity Senshi are Sailor Moon's team), intended to be teamed with her when all her training as a Senshi would be complete (or at some point after completing some more of her training).
And, yes, these four Senshi are named after the four large asteroids (though, Ceres is now a dwarf planet), which are also celestial objects, even if they aren't moons, planets, or stars. So, these four
are celestial in origin and do not count as being "non-celestial".
Although, getting back to the original question at hand, I think I've found a better answer than "Possibly".

Looking at all the Sailor Senshi that there have been, I noticed that some of them are, in fact, not named after celestial objects. The following would be those particular Sailor Senshi:
Sailor Kakyuu, Sailor Lethe, Sailor Phi, Sailor Chi, Sailor Theta, Sailor Buttress, Sailor Pewter Fox, Sailor Titanium Kerokko/Sailor Mitis Kerokko, and the five other Sailor Animamates (though the manga made them into planetary Senshi by having them steal the Senshi powers of the previous Sailor Senshi of the planets Chuu, Mermaid, Coronis, Mau, and Cocoon).
However, there are two others (Sailor Mnemosyne and Sailor Astarte) that don't seem to be named after any celestial objects, but could still be, as there are existing celestial objects (672 Astarte, a minor planet, and 57 Mnemosyne, an asteroid) that are named after the the very mythological things that these two Sailor Senshi are named after (Astarte and Mnemosyne). So, if they are named after these two objects, we don't know for sure.
Other fake Sailor Senshi besides Phage, are Sailor Channel, Sailor Guccicci, Sailor Tamasaburou, Sailor Chibiusa Moon, Sailor A, Sailor K, Sailor N, Sailor M, and Sailor Rabbit. But since these are just fakes, they likely don't even count.
And then there's Sailor V (though a pre-form of Minako's Sailor Venus form, "V" on its own is not related to a celestial object).
