Pieced together this lil haul today after a haircut. Almost got RID Ratchet as well, but I don't like how hollow that mold is. Though if I have a bit more cash and see him again I'll probably snag him anyway.






I almost didn't get Bisk either, but I just had to have those blasters of his! So good.

Ok, i got this exact same Haul today. really like Bisk, though his tabs are so tight its hard to transform him. love the Titan Masters. does anyone else think Ptero could be easily repainted into Minerva and work?

Picked up a three boxes from the post office Friday. They were being jerks for some reason and said if I didn't pick up the big box I shipped EMS they wouldn't deliver Tuesday (1/3), because my carrier doesn't like to deliver to my door in the winter, they'd send them back on Sunday (1/8)! WTF, that's only four days!? Crazy considering a package they wouldn't deliver on 12/27 was being held until 2/2.

Anyway, finally got Inferno in box along with Takara Tomy Legends Super Ginrai, Laserbeak, and Ravage (plus two non-Transformers figures). Inferno is officially figure of the year for me, he is incredible! Solid, heavy, and so much fun to transform. I found Ironhide to a be a bit too hollow in the body and tedious to transform, but Inferno is pure perfection. Stock photos haven't done him justice, you really have to have him in hand. Can't wait for Grapple and Artfire!!

Super Ginrai isn't as bad as I've heard some say. His feet honestly don't bother me at all now that I've been able to play with him. Mainly it's because when you can see the entire foot in person it feels more like a whole (though certainly not normal) foot. Toes would be nice, but I'm fine with this. Only part I don't like is the panels on the back of the arms, they really could have used a double hinge to make them lay flat. Also wish he could stand with his legs together, but so many figures are intentionally made to have their legs apart that it doesn't stand out and the wide shoulders help. Solid A-, I really want a second one now so I can display one with and one without Godbomber.

For the two tapes: Ravage is kinda weak, not just the mold (I don't think it's totally terrible), but the plastic isn't all that great. It's very soft throughout and makes the legs feel flimsy. I'm going to have to pick up Stripes to compare. Also not going for cartoon accurate colors with dark gray legs in a line that's been cartoon faithful just makes it feel like they didn't give it all their effort. Bullhorn feels weird too, his hips are shaped funny like they were molded wrong and just what are his suit colors based on? He's neither cartoon, nor toy accurate. Terri-Bull definitely wins here. Laserbeak is pretty good in bird and device modes though one of his eyes were painted sloppily. Tank mode is kinda pointless since his wheels don't really contact the surface. Apeface/Spasma is better than Hasbro's, but like Bullhorn I'm not sure how they came up with the little bot's colors. Well they're cheap enough so I wont cry too much over these.

Not the greatest haul, but yesterday I found a pair of RID targetmaster minicons.

Lord Doomitron and Dragonus. Not the greatest deal at 5$CAN + taxes each, but eh, they look neat.



I havent unpacked them yet. I'll have to find out who to give them to. I may even use them on a possible custom. It will be a black and purple and both minicons will integrate into the altmode.

My local Winners. They have a few brightly colored target master minicons left. But that's it as far as TF go.

BTW, none of my minicons are on Ebay for some strange reasons!

I already have ROTF Breakaway and I'm familliar with his transformation. But WHY ROTF Thrust stumped me? Why was it in the junker pile?

Well, as I thought, the big wing assembly, the part where the nosecone go through, WAS ON UPSIDE DOWN. So I had to unscrew the part, remove it, and put it back on the right way. NOW the transformation work. And as expected, Thrust is 100% complete NOW unbroken. I could do the plane and the bot easely.

Also, it have a different head than Breakaway! And at around 2$CAN, It's a welcome addition to my collection.

Been spending the last 5 days in Disney and Universal Studios. Will be headed home tomorrow, but I got a nice haul from the week. It includes a very special Transformer so it counts!

Ever since the holidays ended, prices have gone back to regular MSRP or worse (TRU went from having deluxes at 15 to the Walgreens price of $20!).....and places like Ross, TJ Maxx, etc. don't seem to have anything now.....like they only had all those toys for Xmas. ;_;

Target is still reliable for stock and prices here, but I will miss only paying 10 for a deluxe!

Heh I was thinking the exact same thing. The TJ Maxx and Marshalls near me had a decent selection but they must've gotten their last truck of toys a few days before Xmas. I haven't seen anything new at all, just the stuff no one wanted from the holidays. I don't remember if the TRU by me had jacked up their prices yet but the selection wasn't great anyway, just a ton of wave 1 deluxes and leaders, a few Fort Maxes, and a bunch of RiD. Target by me still blows. Despite living in a big city, the majority of my purchases will be done online.

Got a little thrift haul today while looking for a VCR.







A great condition Constructicon aside from the missing cab/canopy thing and weapon. I'm not sure if it's G1 or reissue. Stickers are all perfect, just a little wear on the chrome of the left leg.

Most of Bulkhead- missing right leg, left foot, weapon, and crotch piece. Maybe more, not entirely sure.

And a movie transformer. I think it's a firetruck or something that turns into... Sentinel Prime? Not familiar with the toy, I just saw the autobot symbol and grabbed the bag it was in.

Well, I won't be seeing those Wave 3 Legends for a while. Why? My local stores got in a huge load of Wave 1 and 2 cases just before the holidays! And they never moved. You figure out the rest. O well, at least getting a new Laserbeak won't be a problem if I feel like it (mine has marred plastic on one tail piece).

My first foray into the vehicles, and not disappointed. I was mainly interested in Lione here, being based on a Japanese exclusive (yes, gonna get Shuffler and Trizer too when they come out), but Siren decided to hitch a ride. I love the car

I got them at Walmart and before you ask, no, Sawback would not ring up. I explained to the cashier that that seems to be a common problem with Walmart (he thought my accent was Irish... My hair does go red from time to time ), but thankfully Siren saved the day by ringing up, thus providing a price for Sawback.
