If so, yeah, she IS pricey. Years ago I bought her brand new for 60$CAN plus shipping just to have her complete. And now she's worth... double or triple that!

To this day, I still don't feel I got my money's worth. She's top heavy, her spider legs are floppy and don't go anywhere in bot mode, she's stupidly top heavy and is unposable because of it. This mold is garbage. She's still no Prime Airachnid though so I'm keeping her.

Aww, that's a pity, I always thought that mold looked awesome. The big ol' SNES RPG boss spider mode is wonderfully creepy, and the robot mode looks cool as well with its giant curving forearm claws and massive shoulder guards of imperiousness. PerfectEffect, if you're reading this, once that BW TM2 Megatron is done (and hopefully a Cryotek repaint too), do Blackarachnia next!

The BEST Blackarachnia ever remain the BEAST MACHINE one. Sexy in BOTH modes, a simple yet creative transformation, and she's stable and posable. Plus, she's cheap even today.

Oh yis, that is a lovely looking figure, need to get her eventually. Shame Crystal Widow only came with a redeco of an awful toy, in a line the UK never got, because she'd be my choice otherwise.

Ultimately she had the same problem as Rampage IE All that shoulder kibble/weight. I don't really see a workaround that would keep some level of show accuracy?

I have Rampage, he's honestly not too bad in that department. Maybe it's just mine but assuming you don't go overboard he can assume some pretty good poses and remain stable.

I do too, but you kind of have to use his claws and forearm crab legs to stabilize him most of the time. Or point the claws straight up.

A buddy was in Japan and did me a real solid. He picked up MP-12+ for me from Amazon JP at a great price. I obviously haven't been following the news of this figure. When I opened it up, I thought my friend received a dud. I literally thought, where are the tires?! After a quick google search, I realized the tires are just ugly

Odd that is get all these in the span of a week, but here we go: TakaraTomy (Japan proper), Hasbro Asia, and Hasbro US (TRU).
This time around, the US and Asia are identical save for a pair of stickers and lot number stamps.

As for me, I got myself a SS Grimlock! I phoned my local TrU and it was their last one. They were kind enough to set it aside for me. 80.50$CAN is a LOT of money for a normal figure from a normal store. Worth the money?
HELL YES! Every. Last. Cents.

Also, I got from Ebay a sealed-in-box 2007 Thundercracker for my sealed TC collection. The box was not in the best of shape but it was the cheapest at 45$CAN shipped. I removed the dried up price label from the plastic with paint thinner and I reshaped the slightly crushed bubble with an air dryer. I think I did a good job.



The sealed TC collection is coming along nicely.



No way that Grimlock is just a run-of-the-mill leader. It's a FREAKING MPM disguised as a mainline figure!

Looking good! Though my mild OCD really wants to see the SS figure on top of the "2007" figure with the DotM figure on the hanger closest to them. Then move the Generations figure to where the Construct Bot is and everything gets clumped together nicely.

Oh man, Kanrabat, that 2007 Thundercracker was one of my childhood favourites! I got him as a birthday present, I did love him even with his craptacular jet mode. I gave him away to the local charity shop along with a bunch of other figures I didn't need anymore, and whilst I don't regret it (he didn't fit in my collection anymore and the jet mode was really bad) I kinda miss the dude.

Anyway, today I picked up Prime Masters Alpha Trion, Vector Prime and Alchemist Prime. Much like Liege Maximo they're terrible updates to the Pretenders and not suitable as actual representations of the Primes themselves, but as Matrices with robot modes contained within themed sarcophagi that also function as relics, they're damn cool and well worth £6. Though now I have Alpha Trion/The Matrix of Wisdom (as I'm coining it) I need to get myself a TR Alpha Trion at some point. Vector Prime too, though his lack of TR/POTP compatibility due to predating the line by 13 years makes him less of a priority, as much as I want that figure.

Black Hat, if you have any G1 city bots like Fortmax or Scorponock, the Prime Masters work VERY well as in-scale pretenders for them.

As for me, I have a very modest haul. A toy I never thought I'd ever buy. Warrior RiD Twinferno. Found at Winners for 8$CAN! At that price, why not buy that orange abomination?



The G1 is still the best. Still, the RiD one is a nice interpretation of the classic character. Plus those flames accessories are nice. A shame they are not in clear plastics though.



That "jet" mode. Is stupid. Dumb. And R-tarded.
So why do I like it so much?!

Decided it had been a while since I had strolled around by myself, so I went on a store hopping adventure, had some fun, and made out pretty good I think:



Seeing in him hand, I decided I didn't need Stinger, he's not a memorable character to me, really forgettable, so I forgot to grab him.

The problem of this haul is I'm pretty sure Iron Man is my favorite of the 4. And that is my first ever Spider Man figure. And i love them both.

But I digress.
