The promotional materials company RCM Media has announced their Last Knight collectable movie theater containers that will accompany the movie on June 21st. These include Popcorn buckets as well as drink cups with collectable figures of Sqweeks, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron!

It isn't mentioned what theater chains these will be appearing in, but it's safe to assume you'll be able to find them at most large cinemas.

I kind of want that cup but I think that it will probably cost a lot at the theater. I don't think my stomach could hold 44 oz.

Interesting that the Bumblebee figure is his AOE design but with his door wings. . .maybe there's a reason for that AOE repaint Bumblebee that just came out. Probably not, but maybe :-?

Bumblebee vs Barricade Coke ad:

I hope the robot action is that hard-hitting in the actual movie. I actually felt that shit.

On the stranger side of Last Knight-related news, looks like Bumblebee and Barricade are duking it out over the right for someone to drink their coca-cola in this new advert! Courtesy of fellow board member SlyTF1, check out this strange bit of shameless advertising below and tell us what you think in the forums.

The action looked pretty smooth to me as in the camera was relatively still the reason it doesn't look like it much is the video resolution being pretty low.

After Bumblebee fighting Barricade for some soda, check out the new Empire magazine exclusive still image from the upcoming Transformers: The Last Knight live-action movie, featuring the scout battling one of the TRF drones in what is probably Chicago! Also included below is a part of the interview with the writers that will appear in the print version of the magazine. Check them both out, and let us know what you think in the Energon Pub.

The photo shows series regular and Autobot hero Bumblebee, in amongst a traditional Michael Bay conflagration. The new issue of Empire features some extraordinary access to the action movie director, detailing some eye-popping insights into the billion-dollar franchise and its new writers-room approach.

The last film in the franchise was, Age Of Extinction, was “kind of an outlier,” Bay explains in the new Empire. “Because of losing Shia and just figuring out where we were gonna go. It was testing the waters a little bit. This gets us back in the groove”.

Bay’s writers, meanwhile, tell us how they quickly realised that pretty much anything they asked for, they’d get. They had written an English castle-dweller called Sir Edmund Burton, who holds secrets of Transformers lore. “We said, ‘He’s an Anthony Hopkins-type character,’” says co-writer Ken Nolan. “And two days later Michael’s like, ‘So, we’ve got Anthony Hopkins.’” Another new character is Cogman, a psychotic robot butler (“He constantly wants to kill people,” says co-writer Art Marcum) who has been excitedly described by Spielberg as “the greatest four-and-a-half-foot character since Yoda”. Co-writer Matt Holloway, a Downton Abbey fan, one day said as an aside, “It would be so funny if Jim Carter voiced this character.” A short while later, Bay announced, “Jim Carter — we got him.” “It’s good to be Bay,” says Nolan. “Everybody says yes.”

So in addition to fighting Nazis in WWII, Bumblebee also fought a metal gear at one point?

“He constantly wants to kill people,”

Cogman's my new favorite character already.

He wasn't that overly aggressive at the imax footage besides twisting Crosshair's arm and tackling Cade for something he said while he was being rude.

So really so far that statement is not accurate although we just have to wait and see.

You don't have to be overly aggressive to want to kill everyone.

Lest we forget, one of his shticks is supposed to be that he rips off heads and then takes control of the body that he just ripped the head off of ;)
