You heard it here first folks! Mark Ryan, the voice of Bumblebee in the first Transformers Movie, will be returning to the set and audio booth once again for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen!
Here's what Mr. Ryan has to say on the subject:
”I can confirm that I am working on Transformers 2 - Revenge Of The Fallen and have been given the same job on set, voicing the Autobots for the actors, and have already done some voiceover work in the studio as well. It’s a privilege to work with the cast and crew again, it's very exciting and we are having a great time. I cannot comment on details about the film or the script, but there are some new characters that fans will love.”
Also of note, Mr. Ryan will be making an appearance at the San Diego ComicCon to discuss his new graphic novel "The Pilgrim" with Mike Grell during a panel on Friday, the 25th. And as a final bit of info, Mark will be starting a now as yet unnamed project next month.

johndoe4880 has informed us about a new article on Scifi.com featuring an interview with Megan Fox. Here is what the article said:
:
Megan Fox told SCI FI Wire that the movie is crazier than the first one in terms of action "by like a hundred."
I'm doing good," Fox said in an interview in Santa Monica, Calif., on July 14. "I've had like four injuries so far. So I'm accumulating the injuries and just going on with it. It's fun. It's what it is. It's a Michael Bay movie."
Part of that is being tossed around in the same yellow Camaro as in the first film, Fox said. "There's a different Bumblebee, the yellow one that you see in the movie, that we drive," she said, adding: "I don't drive it, but it drives at like 120 miles an hour, and we're in it with no seat belts or harnesses or anything. It's, if we die, we die, all in the name of Transformers (laughs)."
The sequel picks up the story of Mikaela and Sam Witwicky (again played by Shia LaBeouf) two years after they met. "It's sort of like a jump," Fox said. "It's two years from when you last saw us, obviously, because it's matching with when the movie comes out. We're college age, and our relationship ... we just get together in the last one. And so you miss all of that new relationship. There's no love scenes, no big hookup in the end. That's all, sort of, in the past. Because we've been together for years now. So we're just together, hanging out, doing what we got to do to ... That's all I can say!"
Fox allowed that Mikaela has remained in Los Angeles while Sam has gone off to college in the east.
"We're shooting in L.A. for the next few weeks," Fox said. "We were in Philadelphia and New Jersey on the East Coast. We're only now in our fifth week of filming, so we're here for a few weeks. ... I'm not in college. Shia's character's in college. I'm back home."
But do they eventually wind up in the same place? "Yeah, we do," she said with a smile.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is slated for release on June 26, 2009.
Transformers Comic Scribe Simon Furman has updated his blog once more, this time pertaining to this weeks release of Titan UK's Transformers Magazine #11.
UK#11 will feature Part 3 of the "Twighlight's Last Gleaming" story, which is set in an alternative Universe where the Decepticons were victorious in the battle of Mission City.
Be warned there are some spoilers below:
Starscream continues his machinations this episode, throwing a spanner in the Autobots’ carefully laid plans to further his own diabolical agenda. Forced into desperate action the moon-based Autobots head for Earth and their respective dates with destiny. And Bumblebee takes on Megatron (no prizes for guessing how that one turns out) and Mikaela takes on Frenzy (not as one-sided as you might think) and Ironhide and Ratchet come up against… well, that’d be telling!
Titan UK #11 will be available in the UK on Thursday the 26th of April 2008.

Artist Alex Milne has posted some new works on his deviant art page, with Animated Bumblebee and Sari from TF Animated being on the feature of his deviant gallery. He's also updated a message to his fans. An excerpt taken from his message is as follows:
...anyways i'll be attending the convention (not sure where they'll have me set up?) so if you would like a signature on a book or something else, please feel free to stop by, even if its just to say hi...
Alex says he'll be doing sketches as well as selling prints and posters at the convention.
You can view Mr. Milne's deviant art page and his original post here.
Botcon.com has been updated with an announcement of the second guest to appear at the convention this year. This time it's Bumper Robinson, another cast member from Transformers Animated. Mr. Robinson does the voices of Bumblebee and Blitzwing in the series. He has also done voices in several other series such as Static Shock, Pink and the Brain, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Simon Furman has once again updated his blog this time with a Script Wrap concerning the upcoming issues #11 and #12 of the Titan UK Magazine.
Issues #11 and #12 will include parts 3 and 4 of the "Twilight’s Last Gleaming" arc that has been running since Titan UK #9. Set in an alternative Movie based Universe, "Twilight’s Last Gleaming" is the story of what would have happened if the Decepticons were victorious in the Battle of Mission City.
As with any of Furman's Script Wrap's, there are plenty of minor and major spoilers for the issues, so for those who do not wish to have "Twilight’s Last Gleaming" spoilered, please skip the next paragraph.
Starscream does what Starscreams have been doing since time immemorial, making his own power play for control of the new empire. And if that means provoking a reaction from the Autobot reinforcements (including the likes of Arcee, Armorhide and Skyblast) on the moon, so be it. More familiar faces start to emerge as the story cranks up to fever pitch, including Frenzy (Mikaela’s got him), Bonecrusher (Ironhide and Ratchet have got him) and Tom Banacek (who’s kind of once removed from the main action). And Bumblebee? He’s got by the far the worst deal: one on one with Megatron. That’s gonna hurt!
Titan UK Issue #11 & 12 will be available in stores on the 24th of April, with Issue #12 available a month later on May the 22nd.
