Thanks to fellow Seibertronian Chuckdawg, we have a video review of the upcoming Transformers Studio Series DOTM Laserbeak. This mold will be released in Bumblebee colours as well next year so fans wanting that toy can get a good idea of the transformation here.

Both Transformers Shattered Glass Flamewar and Slicer have been getting into fans' hands and we've gotten some reviews from our community about them. If ever you didn't get yours and wonder if they are worth it, maybe these can help.
chuckdawg1999 wrote:The Shattered Glass Slicer figure is excellent. The color scheme and possibly new weapons make me appreciate the mold more. The included repaint of Fasttrack as Exo Suit is a really nice touch. What isn't a nice touch is the price. There's no deal here and that's disappointing, especially when it's apparent Hasbro is saving quite a bit on the packaging. For as much as I like this set, I can only recommend it for those who are completing the Shattered Glass line or are die-hard Slicer fans.
We have a video review of Scraphook now available. It shows all the accessories he comes he, along with the various parts that can be detached. As a bonus, we get to see shots of Needlenose as well and how Scraphook can combine with him. The video comes from prime vs Prime.
This is a toy that's 40 years in the making. Growing up I always wondered how the Autobots would or could help the GI Joes against Cobra and then I would wonder if the Decepticons with Cobra could be the ultimate threat to the world. Sure there were playground rumors and as an adult, there were shrugs and the occasional I don't know from those in power, but we never got the ultimate crossover. Sure, there have been a few winks, nods, and SDCC sets over the years but finally here is the first, official, toy-based, non-convention exclusive, GI Joe/Transformers crossover. It makes sense for Megatron to be a HISS tank, as that's a form that can contain the sheer power of Megatron. Transformation really isn't that difficult and the resulting HISS tank really, really looks good, without the fusion cannon I would say it looks exactly like the classic Cobra machine. The Baroness is an excellent addition, and while I could think of a few other selections, it makes sense for her to be included with Megs. The price might be a little off-putting but there is a chance Megs might end up on sale at some point, but for me, the price was totally worth it.
Shadowstrip and Crasher have been appearing slowly at retail across the world and not everyone has picked them up. We have video reviews below from fans who did get them, fellow Seibertronians Chuckdawg and Thundertron, if you want to see and know as much as possible about the figures before getting them.
chuckdawg1999 wrote:This figure looks slick. I wasn't 100% sure if I'd like the G2 figures being released piecemeal in the Speedia 500 line, but Shadow Strip blew me away. The black and gold deco pops, and the metallic turquoise on the head and guns really bring everything together nicely. While I'm not sure if I'm all in on G2 Stunticons, Shadow Strip really makes me excited for what's coming.
Once again we're taking a look at toys from the forthcoming Rise of the Beasts movie, released under a different line. In this case, we have Energon Igniters re-released from the Bumblebee movie under the Target Exclusive Buzzworthy Bumblebee line. They're really fun and make for great desk toys. It's a great opportunity for new fans to check out some of the fun figures from an older movie line.
We thank chuckdawg1999 for sending us in this review of Rise of the Beasts Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures Dinobots Unite Smash Changers Optimus Prime.
chuckdawg1999 wrote:Finally, we've gotten to see some of the new toys released for the Rise of the Beasts movie line, under the Bumblebee Cyberverse Adventures Dinobots Unite subline. If you're reading this you probably know why, but let's focus on the toy, and what a toy it is. This is all gimmick, plain and simple, but the addition of a simple head swivel does give this figure the ability to emote a little. Now to be honest, on my copy of the figure the transforming gimmick worked about 3 out of 5 times, your mileage might vary but it's worth a mention. I really like the look of this Prime and I'm really excited for the rest of the Rise of the Beasts line.
Fans who ordered Transformers Legacy Breakdown on Shopee have received him since, hence our earlier photos. And now we have a video review, from JoeyBoy pommers Chompilo lacson Marquez. In it we see a good comparison with his moldmate Wild Rider. We also see that he indeed only comes with 1 gun, which can be stored under the car in alt mode. We also see combined Menasor from the front and back. We will probably have an official reveal tomorrow.
Thanks to Chuckdawg, we have an early review of Transformers Legacy core class Bomb-Burst. A few listings of this toy in package appeared on e-bay and this is how this one was procured. If any of you find it in stores, let us know.
chuckdawg1999 wrote:This is a fun little figure that really captures well the look of the shell and inner robot of G1 Bomb-Burst. Hopefully, this is a taste of a larger figure coming somewhere down the line.
After seeing the listing where people could buy a Magnificus toy early, I am surprised it took this long to get a video review and a better look at the figure. But now we have that, from Chefatron, along with screencaps of the video. We see Magnificus (the name is a cross between Maximus and Magnify) in his robot mode, microscope mode and mobile laboratory mode. He cannot make a tank mode like the original Microman Microscope toy which this toy is referencing. We still do not know if this will be released as an exclusive in the Legacy line or a Generations Selects release.
