After the grey prototype seen at
Wonderfest 2016, we have a full colour update from
Prime 1 Studio about their PMTFBW-01 statue: Optimus Primal! Check out a whole load of images below, and head
here for more.
"In the spark of an enemy, there will be salvation. And in the darkest hour, there will be a light."
Prime 1 Studio is proud to present PMTFBW-01: Optimus Primal from Beast Wars: Transformers. Optimus Primal is one of the most prominent and well-recognized Maximals in Transformers history. Young and untested, Optimus Primal was a mere captain of an exploration ship when he and his crew were diverted off-course to pursue a stolen Predacon ship under the leadership of Megatron. To Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Beast Wars, we have crafted Optimus Primal with attention to details and true to the original design of the character. The base on which it stands features a defeated Waspinator among the jungle environment. The statue of Optimus is fitted with LED light-up eyes. The whole statue including the base stands at an impressive 25 inches tall. This is the ultimate Optimus Primal piece for all Beast Wars: Transformers fans.
Statue Features:
-Size approximately 25 inches tall [(H):63cm (W):40cm (D):46cm]
-LED light up function on head
-One (1) Switchable Normal Head
-One (1) Switchable Angry Head

Seibertronians, you got $20,000+ currently burning a hole in your pocket? Well, we might have the buy for you. It turns out
another unreleased G2 Stunticon prototype set has hit the ebays, with the bid currently sitting just over $1,000 USD at time of writing, although if the previous listings for the set are any indication, this combiner team can easily fetch 20 times that. That previous indication, of course, being when a different G2 Menasor prototype sold for
over $26,000 USD. This will be one to watch, as this set is more complete than the former, so it could garner even higher numbers.
Did you bid? Did you win?! Let us know in the comments below!

Check out the photos and tell us in the comments below: do these additional pictures change your mind on this classic Combiner team, now that it's starting to become more and more available? Is the price Tag for the set too high? Are there any design changes you would have made to maybe make the set more accurate? Please let us know!

A bit of interesting news for you Seibertronians out there this evening, coming from a seller off of Chinese auction site
Taobao. It seems some unreleased Kreo figures have made there way to the site, specifically different warrior variants of Bumblebee, Optimus, Ultra Magnus, Grimlock, Megatron, and Starscream. These, in addition to an interesting "Soccer" Bumblebee figure, have never seen the shelves of retail, and aren't expected to any time soon, so if you're a Kreo completionist, this might be the time to jump on these Kreons. Check out the figures in the photos below, and stay tuned to Seibertron.com, your ultimate Transformers resource.

Just a little while ago, we reported on some
English-language video reviews for one of the most anticipated figures of the year, MP-32, Beast Convoy (also known as Optimus Primal), the first of the Masterpiece Beast Wars figured. Well today, Seibertron is pleased to bring you a pictoral review, courtesy of Chinese site
Toy People.
The photos (some of which have been mirrored below for you) show not only some of the great functionality of the figure, such as the weapon storage and changable faces, but also how it scales with the other Maximals, including it's original toy, as well as poseability in robot and Ape mode.
Check out some of the photos below, and click on any of them to find the full gallery!

Singapore based
XM Studios, producers of officially licensed statues for the likes of Marvel and Top Cow, are working on a Hasbro figure too: (yet another) Optimus Prime, with a very Cybertronian/Earth hybrid looking design, and a cool display background. No other info at the moment other than the images below, but check them out!

Any army that goes into battle needs the perfect foot soldiers. Especially those who see an Autobot as food on the victory table.
