We have some awesome concept art from Matt Tkocz for the Bumblebee film over at his Artstation page. We can see:
-5 different bodies for the jeep Bumblebee
-WWII Bumblebee
-3 shots of Bumblebee fighting Dropkick (or a random helicopter, for two of them)
-2 shots of an aftermath of an explosion
-Shatter tampering with technology
-Boats crashing

As expected, Shatter uses her helmet design, that isn't present for almost the whole film. Click one of the images to check out the Artstation page, and below those will be coverage of a video on how the sounds of for the Bumblebee film were done!

As we promised, he have a video from INSIDER on how the sounds from the Bumblebee film were made. See, would we lie to you?

Most people don't look at the description, so we'll put it here.
"Bumblebee," the latest movie in the "Transformers" franchise, makes great use of sound. We sat down with the sound team on the Paramount lot and learned all the sounds behind your favorite Autobots, from Optimus Prime to Bumblebee himself, as well as, of course, battles and explosions.

The "Transformers" movies are known for explosions and giant Autobots that crash into buildings. To make all that feel real, the sound has got to be just right. "Bumblebee," the latest entry in the franchise, was no exception.

To learn more about how the sounds you hear in the movie are made, we talked to the film's Foley team. Foley sounds are any sounds based on a character's interactions and movements. Usually that means human characters, but it can also apply to the sounds of animals, and, in this case, big metallic creatures. Many of Bumblebee's movements aren't different than what you'd expect from a human character, but he's made of metal, so he's going to sound different.

This is Dawn Lunsford, Alicia Stevenson, and David Jobe, the Foley team behind the movie.

"Bumblebee" is available now on digital and on Blu-ray April 2.

It is only available as a promo, so probably just people that Paramount sent the copy to.

That's too bad. I think it would actually sell really well, to be honest. Last year, a favorite singer of mine released an album, and the cassette version of it sold out the fastest of all the limited edition versions.

Some fans were intrigued once they heard that movie Megatron appeared in the tie in comic to the Transformers: Bumblebee movie. Would it be a G1 styled design to go with the revamp designs, or would it be Bayverse Megatron tieing the Bumblebee film much closer to the Bayverse. Well, now you can be the judge (it's frozen Bayverse Megs). This at least confirms that Hasbro and Paramount do intend on keeping a link in some shape or form between the old continuity/designs and Bumblebee, along with probably what comes next. This tie in comic is called Sector 7 Adventures: The Battle at Half Dome, which is a motion comic that comes as a bonus feature with the home video release of the Bumblebee movie.

Enjoy the image!

Besides that, love the art, and am I the only one getting WFC(the game) vibes from both Bee and Prime in vehicle mode? Both have alot of cues to that look for me ;)^

I still would be interested in hearing a rationalization why Cybertronian Optimus Prime has truck windows on his chest. Did Alpha Trion have a premonition that Optimus would eventually need to travel to another planet and blend in with the fleshling's delivery vehicles? Just because we didn't question 1980's cartoon logic doesn't mean I won't question 2019 movie logic. ILM designers have gotten criminally lazy since GL sold them off.

These are gorgeous right here.

And they are proof to me that I really really REALLY wish these designs would have been the foundation of a new, different universe movie or TV series. They are so cool, but so at odds with the design from this universe that I really like that that dominates the rest of the movie.

Still love them though, just needed to be in a different place.

BTW, I now really want an "Into the Spiderverse" but using Transformers

We have a fun feature for you today. The Seibertron site got to meet the writer for Bumblebee, Christina Hodson, for an interview conducted by our very own Jon Bailey. There was more fun to be had as well:

Go with Jon Bailey (voices of Shockwave & Soundwave) to Paramount Studios to interview Bumblebee writer Christina Hodson, create the sounds of Bumblenee with foley artists Dawn Lunsford and Alicia Stevenson & go under the hood of the actual VW Bumblebee car with mechanic Sarah Lyon! BUMBLEBEE IS OUT NOW ON DIGITAL, DVD, BLU-RAY & 4K ULTRA HD!
Special thanks to Paramount & Seibertron.com!

We hope you had fun with this as much as Jon did. Please remember that Bumblebee is out on Blu Ray today for all of you to enjoy!

Not the first time it’s happened. I still remember watching the SFX section of the first movie and of course the main animator that’s interviewed was someone who looks like a stereotypical transformers nerd. Over weight, glasses, transformers shirt and a desk that is engulfed in toys and what’s right in front of them all? Fansproject city commander.

They don't look specifically like truck windows to me.

Maybe you're interpreting the shapes that way because we know he eventually gains his truck alt mode.

Great work Jon! Also great work in Bumblebee! Your Shockwave and Soundwave were spot on! My friends really thought that was Corey Burton and Frank Welker! I said “no! That’s the guy who does the voice in Homest Trailers and he actually played Optimus Prime in a cartoon!” It blew their mind.

They sure do, I stated that in another post. I felt that way too when I saw the planet design and layout of Cybertron in the opening minutes for Bumblebee! It's amazing

As you know, Seibertron's very own Jon Bailey voiced both Shockwave and Soundwave in the Bumblebee movie. And now, for the How it Should Have Ended youtube video for Bumblebee, Jon gets to voice every other Transformer (except for Bumblebee). So you can hear him as Soundwave and Shockwave again along with ratchet and of course Optimus Prime, who he previously voiced in Combiner Wars (as well as the prep voice in the Bumblebee film). Pretty cool to see that it's all the same person voicing all those bots. Paramount has approved of this youtube video as well, which is always an added bonus for fanwork. We hope you enjoy it, it's a pretty funny video, especially all the Optimus bits.

So Paramount approved and sponsored this awesome collab I worked on with HISHE. I voice all the main Transformers characters except Bumblebee! And Paramount was cool with me doing the voices!

Jon's voice talents are insane! It's become almost impossible to tell his voice from Peter Cullen's. If Hasbro doesn't hand the reins over to him when Peter decides he's done, it would be a crime.

Wow, if I realized that fan works were newsworthy, I literally would have submitted this yesterday

That being said, this HISHE was awesome, I especially loved how Starscream’s design transferred to 2D, Shockwave on the other hand increased his thicc levels by at least 20%

Just finished watching my copy of Bumblebee, loved it as much as I did in the theatre.

I've really fallen in love with the designs used in the movie. The Cybertron scenes are great live action FOC designs, and the Earth designs are great. I love Shatter and Dropkick, Decepticons done much better justice, and wholly original! Dropkick is unhinged and Shatter just oozes Decepticon when she speaks

Why do they have to push "FEMALE" on everything these days? As if women are something new & never existed before now. We're here with FEMALE mechanics & I love writing FEMALE characters & it's about time Transformers had a FEMALE lead. WTF? Ok, feminists & SJW's, we get it, women can do stuff. Newsflash: NOBODY CARES! Now please stop shoving it in our face. Transformers is a BOYS toy line, it was originally for MALES. Now piss off & go back to where you belong & make a Strawberry Shortcake or Rainbow Brite movie for FEMALES. Jeez, enough is enough.

Why is nobody bitching about this? All you see is everybody bitching about SJW Star Wars & Captain Marvel but Bumblebee gets a free pass? Why is nobody talking about women pushing their BS here? Who cares if a male or female is a mechanic? Seriously! It doesn't matter if you have a penis or a vagina to fix cars. This world is getting more ridiculous & insane by the hour. :BOOM:

I dunno, maybe because we're all okay with gender equality and have better things to do than complain about it?

Fanwrok is not newsworthy but this was pushed by Paramount and features the same voice actor they picked for their film. If we news Christmas messages from the beast wars cast then newsing this too makes sense.

We don't really ...

As if women are something new & never existed before now. We're here with FEMALE mechanics & I love writing FEMALE characters & it's about time Transformers had a FEMALE lead. WTF?

I fail to see why this is a problem.

Ok, feminists & SJW's, we get it, women can do stuff. Newsflash: NOBODY CARES!

Considering women have been subjugated for centuries, and continue to do so because a lot of young women are growing up without any strong female role models in media ... a lot of people care.

Just because you don't doesn't make it fact.

Now please stop shoving it in our face.

But it's okay for you to shove your opinion back? hmmmm....

Transformers is a BOYS toy line, it was originally for MALES.

Yes and Barbie was aimed at girls, but hey, here's a shocker, boys play with them too!

You know what toys are for? A child's imagination. A boy could take a Barbie doll and pretend it's anything but a Barbie doll, just like a girl can take a Transformer and pretend it's something else as well. Honestly, what you just said is so narrow minded.

Now piss off & go back to where you belong & make a Strawberry Shortcake or Rainbow Brite movie for FEMALES. Jeez, enough is enough.

NO!
You know what's enough? YOU thinking you can come on these forums and sprout your bile.

Why is nobody bitching about this? All you see is everybody bitching about SJW Star Wars & Captain Marvel but Bumblebee gets a free pass? Why is nobody talking about women pushing their BS here?

Because no one else sees it as an issue except for you apparently.

Who cares if a male or female is a mechanic? Seriously! It doesn't matter if you have a penis or a vagina to fix cars. This world is getting more ridiculous & insane by the hour. :BOOM:

Clearly YOU care seeing as you just gave us your opinion.

You want a boom? Have a warning, go read the rules while you're at it.
