One thing though, they do ask for which toy you would like most to see issued or reissued. This is our chance guys, make it count. (I, for instance, kept asking for the following: G1 Overlord (reissue), G1 Dinobots (reissue) and Prime Breakdown)
RAR wrote:https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Hasbro_Modern_Fan_2015
It seems this survey was released with UK fans in mind but it does ask your country of origin and even mentions Target stores in the questions (a shop that isn't a big chain in the UK) so I guess anyone can do it regardless of where you are from.
If you wish to complete the survey a couple of tips.
1) It's very long so give your self some time to do it.
2) It asks Questions about 3rd party toys so you might need to think do you want to admit to buying them so Hasbro does not see them as a threat, or use the survey as an excuse to say you only buy the things Hasbro doesn't make for example (perhaps that will encourage them to make more neat stuff).
NOTE: You don't get some follow on questions if you answer no to the previous ones.
---
The Survey asks some questions about your experience and interests as a fan, but does not request personal data, when it's over you get a graph with some data on that seems to vary for some people so you might like to make a note of it.
I got the Gender split data about 2/3rd Male 1/3rd female other people got info on how people described them selves as fans as another example.
Anyway enjoy it - and share your thoughts here.
If you have any things you think the current and future lines are missing mention them here in case someone wants to add them too.

Oh those replacement ratchets with more teeth are good too.
Same place is also doing rubber wheels for the Stunticons (and Optimus) which is nice to see.

Yeah, nonnef, they seem to have some interesting upgrades available. Ordered me some hands, they look much better than the pe skeleton hands, and the feet seem to have a much sturdier ankle joint
Nope, but coLor me interested. I'll have to see some reviews before taking the plunge.

I tried to be really frank and honest with this.
Bizzarely, when I did it, the demographic was 60% female and really skewed in favor of IDW. Must've done the rounds on tumblr before it got anywhere else.
I used it as an opportunity to voice my irritation about not being able to find product and 3rd party buying habits and stuff.
Also asked them to plz plz plz make Reflector, Kickback, Barrage, Ransack, Venom and Brawn.

I also slammed them for not including character specific weapons. And I suggested they follow the Voltron model from way back when the Lions were first released without the iconic sword and shield, which was released after many complaints separately. I asked why they couldn't have released the Prime Star Saber and Dark Star Saber in this way, as well as other special weapons. I also invoked Lego here as they make upgrade kits for Ninjago and Chima. Hasbro could do the same.
Basically, I gave them a stern talking to.

I had to think about it. My favorite line is CHUG, and he's not overly represented. The question was line specific. But I still went with Bee even though Starscream may have the lead on him. The difference is collectors seem to love the seekers, whereas Bee, not so much. We stand united!

Bumblebee got overused so badly in the movie line and prime line that he's going to be the top answer. but I agree, he's been well represented, but not over-represented in CHUG
still had to answer that tho. survey says... BUMBLEBEE!(Clang)

I was pretty sure we would all pick optimus for being overly represented in the CHUG line, just look at this year.

I almost picked OP. But for some reason they list Combiner Wars separate from CHUG. That's another thing I pointed out, that Combiner Wars is a sub-line of CHUG. I don't know if Hasbro is pushing CW as its own line for the survey or if it just seemed that way to the person who put the thing together. Clearly there is a misunderstanding here by somebody.

Not for figures themselves, but for upgrade kits to fix the poorly designed accessories that Hasbro gave the combiner wars figures. I mean c'mon, a tailpipe as a weapon? I imagine the rest of the decepticons laughing at Dead End and Wildrider. I'll probably also look to 3rd party sellers to get Scrapper some elbows. That is absolutely ridiculous to make a voyager figure without elbows. Plus real individual weapons for the constructicons, Bonecrusher and Scavenger are getting tired of holding a box.

I love having neck-brace dual-wielding tailpipes

I actually like "Seekers" usually I just find the MP03 derived moulds a little scary fragile for me. I was super happy with the silly number of Deluxe Starscream repaints - and would even have happily had more of others like Armada, & Cybertron Starscream.
I do think they are perhaps missing a trick by not having used some of the retired moulds in giftsets like they have with Movie toys before.
Take Energon Starscream for example why not take that mould and make Thundercracker and Skywarp version of it ? sold under some other brand identity perhaps.
I would kind of welcome some thing like Tranformers Universe again.
I also feel we lost out on some potentially great toys from the Universe Videogame there was some fresh and interesting things there that I would have welcomed as toys.
Heck knows what Hasbro has planned for 2016-17 as until the next Transformers Movie's release date is set in stone I'm not even sure how much time there is that needs filling - they might just not even bother making a new Cartoon straight after RID and just do that Movie inspired one 'whenever'.
Personally I'd rather have a less kiddy cartoon next time - it doesn't need to be Humourless but neither does it have to be slapstick.
I wonder who's been pretending to be a Girl then as 60%+ Females doing the survey seems a little unlikely.
Is it Bronies being ironic or someone thinking if they pretend to be a Lass they will get more Fembot toys ?
Unless there is some Ladies only Transformers Fan site that has gone big on it - that figure of 60% female respondents is a bit inexplicable.

I just thought of another way Hasbro UK screwed up they made a hash out of Distributing Combiner Wars Leader (silver) Megatron and thus if you see a Leaderclass toy at all it's the Armada one - which obviously has a much lower demand... If they made that simply a G2 Green Megatron I'd have been delighted to have it - But frankly I already have Armada Megatron and he's perfectly fine the only stand out feature of the Armada CW one is that he can still combine with Tidalwave - even though that isn't even an advertised feature.
So That's AirRaid, The Rest of the Stunticons, Viper & Megatron to be a bit miffed about missing out on as a Ukster, and tha's without even considering things like all the normal Pre-Generations toys that got skipped especially Deluxes and the Huffer, and most of the Legends class Twin Packs. We don't get the latest Generations legions either despite them being ideal fodder for UK Supermarkets.
If it was not for the likes of B&M bargains & TRU we'd have got no Generations Voyagers to speak of either.

It's essentially the greatest rip-off/scam of the 21st century. It's a manga with no inherent plot, which is designed to meander indefinitely to the authors whim so that he can sponge everybody's money, forever. It's sitting at, I believe, around 80 or 90 books, and has yet to engage in a plot, or even investigate any parts of the plot itself (ponegliffs, etc.) I feel sincerely bad for all the suckers who decided to collect the manga itself

Pretty cool! But I STILL want a Hasbro one, with a sleek, thin look, a bit like the legs on Generations Springer. That style would work perfectly for Blurr.
Btw just on a side note, Blurr reminds me a lot of Sonic the Hedgehog. X3

2/ some questions don't allow for in-depth answers (see above).
3/ some questions don't give the correct terms (" what's your favourite autoboy", rather than "what's your favourite heroic transformer", to take into account maximals, etc).
4/ Hasbro uk's infamous customer service contacts page hasn't got a real email address. Instead, they demand that you sign up for their website. Most companies have at least a publicly accessible web contact form, but not these jokers.
One of the reasons I moved to Japan, was to get better, more available transformers toys, from shops, staff and a manufacturer that actually understood their own products. I remember ringing hasbro Wale, which is basically a small warehouse in Wales, posing as the uk/European division of Hasbro. I asked them for the (at the time) recent " tigerhawk". After much fussing and denial, the old lady on the phone asked me if it was similar to their official name (on their computer) of "flying white tiger". At least Takara, even in another language, can understand the names of their own products on the phone.

But I was thinking too it's a bit awkward to have to say your Favourite "Autobot" is Rattrap isn't it. Also what if your Favourite in a Minicon ?
It may not be the best idea using IDW comic terminology when eve the Wiki barely defines the terms. It's assuming the participant has read IDW enough to have picked up on the terms (which frankly I have not for one).
As I mentioned before they also seem to have not realised there was/is two Robots in Disguise Comics so if someone selects that as a preferred option - there is no telling if it's the Pre-2015 or post 2015 version they had in mind with that answer.
