The trademark is for Cybertronics which is described in the trademark specifications as:
Category: Toy robots; buildable toy robots; toy action figures, toy vehicles and toy robots convertible into other visual forms
This is very reminiscent of Construct Bots (pictured in the thumbnail and below) where they are buidable toys that can also convert from one form to the next.
For an example of what this could look like, here is an example of the last buildable converting Transformers toyline which ended after the last film:

Interesting, perhaps something akin to Lego's Motorized Technic sets. But these may have self transforming frames or parts to make the figures move and maybe auto transform.

In practice, I just hope they put as much effort into them as they can. I was honestly pretty disappointed by the execution of the previous line of Construct-Bots (to the point that I only ever picked up Starscream, and that was on special in February this year), so I'd love to see some more varied transformation schemes and convincing alt-modes out of a hypothetical 'reboot' if you want to think of it that way. I mean, quite a few board-members have shown that buildable Transformers are not just doable but possibly incredible, so I have high hopes for this potential line!
