Cogman seems soooo much cooler. A bit of a shame he's got car panels hanging off his arms but otherwise the worst I can say is that he's a bit standard; but the body is decent, he has a sweet alt mode and colour scheme and he has a sword. If he goes on sale I'd happily pick him up.

Thats because they are using a crappy mold to base this one on. As predicted, its a retool of Lockdown

They didnt even bother to retool his feet.

Although, while I hope he's a new mold, I won't be mad if he isn't, since he looks amazing and I can die happy now.

I cant, I am far too confused to die. Ok so we know he is a hedmaster, hence why he is human sized. But then he can take over a bots body and become that bot. Thats also fine. But then that means that the head he turns into is the same head as his robot mode head? And why is his body the same design as his body in tiny robot mode? So... con...fu...sing.
I am also confused by what is mainline and what isnt. Man I wish we had checklists.

Hot Rod looks great. Sure he might be Lockdown retool but it works. Cogman looks rather slick too. Nitro looks badass.
Pass on 'Primus' as had him before and wasn't keen on him. Otherwise a damn fine bunch of figures revealed! :O

I disagree. Never had Lockdown myself but liked the Deluxe figure my friend had and i still plan to get an oversized KO and I had Roadbuster and really liked him. Need to get another sometime. It has some minor issues but then almost every TF does.

It is really going to be a battle to see who the best leader class figure of this line, and maybe of the year overall, will be. Megatron looks amazing, but Dragonstorm just took that one step further. Instant buy!!
Dammit Nitro!! You are dead sexy!! Also now put on the buying list.
Deluxe Megatron? Hell yes!!! More to add to the Knight Megatron shrine (and maybe knight shrine overall, my shelves will be going through some major adjustments once I settle wherever I end up for now)
Deluxe Cogman is awesome. I really hope he is Titan Master compatible. Deluxe Hot Rod is ok. Still wish he would have been a new mold.
Infernocus. Hell^2 yeah. Bring it to me now.
Skullitron: pass. Easily.
Cybertron: where is my pre-order.

I said the same thing. Really wanted some humans to display with my GHUG collection
I ended up picking up a 30 pack of those call of duty mega block soldiers and oh they scale great! Little stylized but doesn't bother me and they come with so many accessories. Saw it at toysrus and said "that'll work!"

I been using cheap packs of WWII army men to pose with them in battle scenes but it always looked a bit off cos of the WWII era soldiers. But with certain parts of TLK that's not necessarily wrong now.

Why not just buy Cybertron Primus instead on e-bay? There are no preorders as its a retailer exclusive. Like the TRU TR set, you will get it when its either in stores or on the retailer's website. Plus, I am surprised, you will really get this thing for $150? I thought you were already saving for MP Megatron.

I think I see it as well, although it looks pretty high up. If it's the case that it is, I think it might be worth buying for myself. A movie-styled headmaster would be pretty awesome to have.

Your lucky here in Canada we have to pay $30 for a deluxe and $40 for a voyager and I have no idea how much a leader is going to be.
That's just Canadian prices but still.

I agree, Roadbuster was fine, I dont have issues with him. I dont like how Lockdown was. Also, they arent the same mold at all, they just transform similarly. They have less in common than CW Sky Dive and Offroad.

He is just using the KSI Boss drone body from AOE with Shockwave's head and a defined alt form.
