Rodimus Prime wrote:I remember when this new alt mode was 1st revealed I thought it was a bit tacky due to the chrome and rounded body, as opposed to the really square edges on the Peterbilt (which I still prefer) but this kinda grew on me. So much so that I actually bought the leader class figure when it was released. Not the ugly First edition, but the Generations version, with the chrome. I keep it in truck mode on my desk, it actually looks cool. Will Western Star allow its logo to be used in the film, unlike Peterbilt back in 2007?
My guess would be that Western Star will be all over the chance to have their creation hyped and their logo hitting the big screen. For the first movie, Prime's alt mode was basically a used truck purchased by Paramount and overhauled by their team of mechanics/detailers/body-work guys. This version came direct from Western Star, fresh out of the factory built to custom specs. and like you, I despised this version at first but it has since started to grow on me. I'm actually considering picking up one of the toys for this if they happen to come out with a voyager version that I feel meets my standards.

Now put Wahlberg in Neeson's place as he speaks to the bad guys in this movie about letting his daugher, Tessa, go.

First up: CBM's offering which features a bit of dialogue between Attinger (Grammer) and Cade (Wahlburg) plus Optimus declaring that the rules have changed!

Up next: marlinfan1995's video, titled "Conversation"
And last, but not least, OnFormers which features a longer snippet of the Attinger/Cade discussion and take note of how dark it seems to be:

You don't get out much, do you? But seriously, at least you have constant appreciation for Bayverse and you're not a bandwagoner. I can appreciate that.
And isn't the Chevy Trax the white compact that Reynor's character drives?
On a somewhat related note, Shia LaBeouf is 28 years old today.

We've seen red, white, and black Chevy Trax cars in other videos driving around with Galvatron.

I really don't. But that just makes me appreciate these movies even more.

Well "we" doesn't include me, because I haven't seen it. But thanks for clarifying that.

It's been mentioned that the majority of the film is set in Asia. Supposedly that's where the Dinobots will be found.

Oh, yeah, I forgot all about that. I hope Optimus and Grimlock have a pretty lengthy fight scene.

I'm heavily intrigued by the new tv spots that have been posted and I'm actually thinking this may not suck.
Considering I just bought my first TF4 figure tonight, I'm officially invested in it now so it darn well better not suck.

Cade: "Gotta have faith, Prime. Maybe not in who we are, but what we can be,"
Little bits like this in the AOE trailers are what give me the slightest glimmer of hope for this movie and its character portrayals, both human and robot.

I did saw they being sucked up at the first 2 trailers, but now I saw it's mouth properly.
I don't know anything about the plot, but perhaps that the Autobots and Decepticons have to team up against the common foe?

And thus far, it looks as though there might not be any Decepticons in the movie at all. Maybe.

Which, according to the Transformers AoE app, is called 'Harbinger of Doom'.
Speculate away!

I've noticed that too. Also, Grimlock is green and not orange like all of his toys. And going by a trailer released a day or so ago, Slug appears to be more orange. Not purple.
