LostandFoundToys has put out a update on their front page about MP-05 Megatron. According to them it will be packaged in robot mode, here is what they had to say.
12.01.06 - It's Over Prime
Masterpiece MP-05 Megatron is now available for pre-order, $92.95! We have been told that our shipment will not require the orange cap modification since Megatron will be packaged in Robot Mode. If things change, we will let everyone know. In the event that this pre-order sells out quickly, we will open another at a slightly higher price just like we did with MP-03 Starscream.
Since there is no confirmation from Takara-Tomy, this is going to be listed as a rumor. But if this is true, this could solve all the problems with toy laws. We will keep you updated as new infromation comes our way.

We have some bad news for Transformers fans in Canada.
Cybertron.ca has learned some bad news regarding the Toys "R" Us Exclusive Reissue G1 Soundwave. The figure will not be released in Canada. It looks like fans living in Canada will have to find another way to get Soundwave once he is released.

Our own Kjell has brought us some good news for Transformers fans in Sweden. Wave one of Transformers Classics is out. Here is what Kjell had to say:
"they're all over the place* here in Gothenburg. All of wave 1 (Rodimus, Bumblebee, Starscream, Megatron, Optimus Prime) have been found in various stores. TRU is among them, but BR Toys also have them ins tock. Not that strange when considering that they all get them from the same main warehouse, but eh.
This is much earlier than I expected. It does make sense to have them out right before the end-of-year shopping rush though. So, wave 2 (Mirage!) can't be too far away now."

Another Interview with Josh Duhamel has popped up on the net. While still promoting his new film Turistas,
TV Guide caught up with the actor. In the
interview Duhamel also reveals a little bit about his character and his part in the
Transformers Movie, when they meet a character he refers to as 'Vortex'.
"He's the captain of the special-ops team when we first encounter Vortex, who incinerates their base. The six of us get out alive and try to get communication back to the U.S. to tell them what's going on. We then try to figure out how to beat these things".
"Everything was shot, like, out in the desert or in downtown L.A. I don't know how they did it, but I was expecting a lot more green screen than we did".

It was revealed at
BotCon 2006 that as part of the Transformers Classics line a number of G1 inspired repaints would be released. One such release
Constructicon Devastator, a repaint of
Energon Construction Maximus, was showcased in the
Hasbro Display Cabinets at BotCon 2006.
An advance copy of the set has now made is way onto
eBay with a few new pictures giving us a slightly clearer look at the front and back of the set in box. See the auction
here at eBay.com. The Constructicon Devastator set will be sold as a Walmart exclusive.

Entertainment Earth has recieved some cases of the
Legends Classcics 1st wave and they will be shipping soon. And that can only mean that they will be hitting stores soon as well. Here is what he had to say.
Hey all,
Just wanted to say Entertainment Earth received a number of cases of Wave 1 of the Legends Classics (Perceptor, Leo Prime, Fireflight, Trypticon) today. I'm not sure how many (if any) are unspoken for from this shipment at this time, but they're starting to show up.
We also got the Optimus vs. Megatron 2-pack for those curious, and it does not look like any units from this shipment are currently available.
