A
penciled preview page of Devils Due's GI Joe vs Transformers IV: Dark Horizon has appeared on
Andrew Wildman's Blog.
"Finally the chance to upload some pics of the current project. For those that don't know I am working on a GI Joe/Transformers crossover book for Devil’s Due. The book is set for release early next year. It features some of the classic Joes and Transformers. A great one for me. A real reminder of where this all started.
More soon"

About.com snatched up another interview with a star from the upcoming
Transformers Movie! This time they caught up with Josh Duhamel, as they talked about his next movie, the horror-thriller flick,
Turistas. But on the second page of the interview, the topic was shifted to
Transformers
"He [Shia LaBeouf]
didn't have to carry a big gun, though. He just had like his jeans and a sweat top and tennis shoes. We had like full army gear the whole time. But he worked. He's the lead of the movie. He's the one who was there more than anybody. It's definitely a pretty taxing movie, too"

More and more information about Masterpiece Megatron keeps coming out. Earlier today we reported
here that Masterpiece Megatron's gun mode and accessories were revealed. Well,
Fan2Fan has posted some new information that confirms reports from earlier in the day. Here is what
Fan2Fan reported:
"- Kremzeek figure included (different mold from the one that comes with Kiss Players Autorooper x Atari)
- Working Trigger action when in Gun mode
- Same size as MP-01 G1 Convoy!!
- LED gimmick in scope
- Die-cast parts
- Memorable accessories include energy mace, laser-cutter and gun from Transformers: The Movie (used by Megatron in the fight with Optimus Prime).
- New transformation designs and concepts, for example moving the trigger part to the legs, improving overall Robot proportion.
- Due to toy gun regulation in the US, Walter P-38 Megatron was never in the plans when the Japan team worked with the US team. MP-05 Megatron is designed and developed solely by the Japan team, solely for the Japan market."

The
Transformers Collectors Club has sent out the following message to all member concerning the
recently reported club exclusive Astrotrain and Airazor.
Hello,
If you have not seen them yet, pictures are up in the members site.
To order Astrotrain or Airazor, please follow the directions below as we will
NOT take phone orders until Thursday. Emailed orders will take priority. We
will start processing and making callbacks today from our list of emails. We
will get to you in the order the emails were received. Again, we will NOT take
any calls on these items until Thursday.
Please send an email to angie@mastercollector.com with the following
information:
If you need to have someone call you back, just include your phone number and
name. If you have a credit card on file (which most of you do) please give us
the last 4 numbers of the credit card and expiration date, verify your shipping
address in case it is different from your mailing address, make sure you put
your first and last (not your screen name) name and daytime phone number on your
request.
Then tell us what you want to pre-order. These two pieces are currently
scheduled to arrive here in late January.
We are limiting the quantities you can order to two of each (two Astrotrains,
two Airazors) until December 11, to give all members a chance to order what they
want. Some people are not online and they will not see the announcement until
they get their newsletter. There are only 2,000 pieces of each item.
You must be a member to order these items. If someone is not a member, they can
join at the same time.
Astrotrain is $87 +shipping, Airazor is $42 +shipping. Shipping is $7 domestic
for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Foreign shipping will vary
by country. If you are placing a foreign order, we will calculate the airmail
cost and add it to your order.
Example order: if you are domestic and order one Astrotrain and one Airazor the
total cost will be $137.
Also, if you are a foreign member and need a call back, we will call you though
the time of day might be very late or very early.
We have put these rules in place to make this process as easy, simple and fair
as possible. Please follow them.
In case you are wondering why we are not taking orders online: the programmers
are working on a pre-order module for the store but it is not finished. Also it
is not a good idea to test new code with such an overwhelming amount of
processing. We would prefer to test it in a simpler environment to ensure there
is not another Nemesis Prime problem.
Thanks for your support! If you have a question please put it in the Ask Brian
area in the members forum and I will answer it. Angie and the other support
staff will be a bit busy.
Brian

Grocery Store Chain,
Aldi's will be carrying Transformers Action Figures for this year's holiday season. But that is not the best part! They are actually competing by offering deluxes for only $8.99! As of right now, it is only confirmed that they will have Cybertron Deluxes, but there may be a possibility that Classic Deluxes may show up there.

In a communication from
Metrodome to several Transformers sites, the following updates were revealed to us. The third Takara box of the series Transformers: Victory is on course to be released on December 26th. A podcast of the first episode of Victory is expected to be put online on their
TransformersDVD Board late December.
The release of the UK version of the 20th Anniversary special of Transformers: The Movie has been pushed back to a May 2007 release date. This version will be remastered straight from the negatives to a PAL conversion. The movie will be presented in a widescreen format and will not use the same soundtrack on the movie that was used in their previous 2005 release of Transformers: The Movie - Reconstructed, which contained several errors. Chris McFeely, who has done commentary on the HeadMasters, MasterForce and Victory boxes, will be consulting in all the material to make sure this DVD release will be the best release to date.
According to
thetransformers.net the
TransformersDVD site will also be updated and relaunched next year.
