Remember the Black version of ROTF Optimus Prime that came packaged with the ROTF DVD or ROTF Blu-Ray, exclusive to Amazon Japan last year?
Shipped to the states, each version ended up costing around $155 US.
Well, Seibertron.com member 47ronin remembers, and let us know that both versions have been deeply discounted:
Blu-Ray Version
DVD Version
With the current exchange rate, each set is will run around $110 shipped to the US.

That's cool because if you get this Prime and Jetfire, you get one uniform combination.

Are you planning to order it using a debit or credit card to order? If so, call your bank/card issuer.
Internet exchange sites use stock exchange rates, but that's not always the same as what each financial institution uses(ie., my bank is generally about .034 cents or so different than what XE gives as exchange rate).

hmm, i'm wondering how low the price can go?
the price constantly reduce by 2.5% against previous day (or 2 days)
lowest price back in july 2010 is around JPY 5062.
My target JPY 5100, hopefully they further reduce it to that level.
