Our Seibertron.com board admin and wonder from down under Burn has pointed us in the direction of one of the big toy sales coming up soon across Australia. Specifically, this one will take place at the Myers chain stores, and sees Hasbro Generations Combiner Wars Voyagers and Deluxes reduced by AUS 10 and 5 respectively, plus an almost halved Platinum Edition Year of the Goat G2 Laser Prime - check out the mirrored image below, and head here for the full catalogue!

I want to know why the $100 difference on YotG Prime. $199 AUS is about $154 USD. (He normally sells for like $140 in the US) Why does it normally cost $100 extra?!?!

Don't forget about conversion rates. $25 AUS is less than $20 USD (which isn't that much higher than the $17 most stores have them for.) Plus the extra shipping to that country compared to the US. As for Goldytron, I bought a MISB one from Lena on the cheap and it's pretty neat. Unfortunately it didn't come with a Reflector though, so I'm stuck hunting for one still

It's a tiny die-cast Reflector, in the style of the non-transforming miniature Megatron gun that comes with MP Soundwave and Coronation Starscream. It's a neat little accessory; I see no issue here.

For the US Americans like me out there, the Platinum Edition AOE Autobots United set is $91 on HTS. Looks like they charge tax now though, that's a bummer. Maybe I just didn't notice it before and they've been doing that awhile. Still a darn good deal. $95 of retail figures for $91 with better decos.

I over sold one Rescue Bots Rescan Boulder in the Seibertron.com eBay Store sale this weekend and need to come up with one quick or have to refund the customer their money (which runs the risk of negative or neutral feedback, which I only received 2 neutrals in past year out of 1,613 feedback left for me in past year). I already wasted 2 hours going to the stores around me that usually have Rescue Bots figures but they're all sold out, which explains why the Rescue Bots Rescans figures have been selling so much in my store the past month.

Toysrus.ca has a new "deal" on the platinum transformers line. Technically its a steal of a deal considering their original price. Both the Insecticons and Optimus G2 Platinum editions are now buy one get one half off and their price is already reduced from before:

Not really. Their sales are more seasonal, and when they are event based, they tend to be around conventions (with the exception of Black Friday).

I was about to pull the trigger on the full set of Defensor figs on HTS, but I can wait a week to see if they'll show up at Target. Ultra Magnus too.

Usually if they have a sale running when SDCC exclusives are available the fine print will have a line that says something like "excludes Hasbrotoyshop.com exclusives" so it probably wouldn't have done any good.
