The total length of the extras is 148 minutes and 2 seconds.
Firstly, there are 3 easter eggs, titled "Michael Bay Cameo" (2m29s), "Girl in Dress" (1m57s) and "The Bay-Bot" (14s) and an extra feature not mentioned on the press releases, "Casting Mojo" (1m14s).
The most interesting thing is the possiblity of DELETED SCENES on the disc. There are 10 listed and are summed up below:
Sam Picks Up Miles - 28 sec
Maggie and Glen Intro - 1 min 49 sec
Police Station Drug Video - 41 sec
Fig wounded - 48 sec
Fig Death - 1 min 14 sec
Suv - 2 min 22 sec
Big Rhonda - 1 min 17 sec
Hoover Dam - 1 min 9 sec
Proving Lab - 58 sec
Simmon's President Speech - 23 sec
It isn't confirmed whether these are on the disc but if Paramount have spent the money to get them rated there is a very good chance.
The Deleted scenes are the same ones that can be seen in the IMAX version of the film, as Starscream reviewed in this thread.

On the flight back from Quatar when they are examining the tail of Skorponok. He's standing to the right wearing fatigues and a green ball cap. He looks at the camera and looks away towards the front of the plane.

Man, don't rely on one set.
Me, I'm importing the transforming box, I'm then waiting to see which release set has the most bang for the buck. Even if need be imported.
I'm gonna take that set, drop it in the good box, then give the extra discs to my nephews.
Will it be pricy, yes, but it's a good chance to take easy advantage of variety.

He has no control over what Paramount does though, they're the ones having the ratings board check the extra footage for the DVD.
The company is putting the deleted scenes back in, not Bay.
He didn't lie to you, he didn't mislead you. He told you the truth and he means it. If it were up to him, which it isn't, they'd be left off of all the DVD versions.
He's stuck with Paramount's decision and that's how it has to be.
