It looks like the ZipZap cars will not be the only remote controlled small cars based on the
Transformers Movie to be sold by RadioShack. Octavius Prime of
Allspark.com grabbed a copy of the RadioShack "Do Stuff" sales flyer dated for June and posted scans of it. Included in the flyer are
Transformers Movie IR Racers Cars that Transform. The IR Racers are about the size and transform the same as Spychargers. They also feature some sort of remote control function with a control that looks like a gun. The three IR Racers pictured in the flyer are Optimus Prime, Barricade, and Bumblebee. The IR racers are priced at $14.99.
The flyer also shows images of Barricade and Bumblebee ZipZaps. Click
here for links to the flyer scans.

I'm not sure I'm understanding this, and those pictures don't seem to help. The controller-gun reminds me of the NES Zapper.

I will pick up the Barricade Zip Zap. I would love to see what my dogs and my Fiance's dog would do to it lol. I know my 2 westies would flip out and hunt it down.
Dog's chasing a little Zip Zap = Fun for hours!

Are they going to have those little foot-wheel things that a lot of 80's toy robots had to simulate walking? Kind of like Omega Supreme, but less cool?

Bleh, pretty ordinary.
These were popular a few years back, so who knows, maybe they'll come full circle again.
