Yeah I'm glad it's not just a movie or cartoon tie in trying take advantage of some other product coming out, and rushed to meet that release. A game made for sake of making a great game free of mirroring any other plot points or limitations stands a much better chance at being a worth while project.

See, proof that fans don't mind a redesign of their favourite characters as long as it's a good redesign. Take note IDW.

EDIT: Whoo, completely midread that quote. Yes, if the game were a preview for the new show, that would be great.

I don't think so necessarily. It's still Hasbro's property and anything relating to the characters and storylines must be approved through Hasbro first. A toy line WOULD ROCK, but it's not a guarantee at this point yet. Give it time.

Thats exactly what I said in the first thread, BEFORE the trailer was even released, but no one ever pays attention to anything I say

Who wins this battle, you'll have to watch the video to determine that, but it is comforting to see that one of the main people behind the creation of the already highly anticipated game is a Transformers fan first. Check out the video below:

But who WAS introduced at the end of Generation 2? Was it Jhiaxus? I never read the olde Marvel comics, except for what I've been able to pick up here and there.

Ys it was Jhiaxus. I was hoping he would say it because I've had no clue how to say that characters name since reading the first barn door style comic way back when.
Nimoy question was easy for those of us that watch the 84 movie once a month.

I always pronounced it "gee-AX-us." He was named because they feared the G2 comic was getting canceled, hence his name being "Gee, axe us."

At the END of Generation 2? Actually, I believe that would be the Liege Maximo
