Firstly, while not directly Transformers related, Hasbro is bringing GI Joe back. There will be some new 6 inch figures coming out soon with Roadblock, Scarlet, Duke and Snake Eyes.
Now Transformers!
The panel is introduced by Gregg Berger as Grimlock (and as himself).
Netflix Series
We see a sneak peek at the Netflix War for Cybertron trilogy from Rooster Teeth.
It is three parts and Siege takes place in the final hours of the Cybertronian civil war. This will be a military story, with incredible stakes and the bonds that form on the battlefield.
We see stills from the show where we can see Elita One and Bumblebee.
The character designs are taken from the CAD data of the toys, including their transformation.
The trailer is shown. We see Ultra Magnus, Optimus, basically everyone from the Siege line. They look the same as the Siege toys, as told. The animation does not seem as slow as the previous web series but still not smooth either.
We see the Siege rereleases in new decos that we saw earlier today. All will be sold at Walmart.
The Mirage we saw is a Deception disguise
Each figure comes with a piece of Teletran One and you have to collect all 10 figures to build it.
IDW
The new series will get to number 25 and Orion will finally be called Optimus Prime
Earthrise
This is about the journey to earth. A "story" never told before.
Most of the toys we saw in the leaks of the past 2 days are shown now.
Runumuk is shown first and Runabout will be revealed later this year.
Snapderagon and Double Dealer are part of the mercenaries fraction.
We do see Snapgradon's Kaiju mode. Doubledealer turns into a modular base as well.
3 Quintessons revealed.
The Judge which can switch faces with a switch in the back. Comes with a throne which becomes a battle station. The whole figure becomes a playset. A micromaster can go inside the little cage.
Alicon is there and we see Slither Fang who is a cobra that turns into a shield and modular ramp.
Sky Lynx is shown. Has all his 4 modes plus a 5th mode as a bade and the NASA logo is on the shuttle mode. The shuttle is called "the magnificence"
Scorponok is shown, he will be in scale with Fort Max. Great poseability and double headmaster. G1 base will connect to Omega Supreme and all the other modulars from Earthrise.
Generations Selects
This niche ecomm line was a success. There is a 4 pack cassette pack which will complete your cassettes and also give you Doubledealer's aprtners. Warden confirms the blue cassette is Frenzy.

Cyberverse
We see deluxe Grimlock, Hot Rod, Arcee and Thunderhowl.
Studio Series
ROTF Soundwave with satelite mode
Topspin
Cliffjumper with a nice cybertronian mode
Scrapper
Sentinel Prime
Blitzwing (Bumblebee)
Skipkack for a movie accurate Devastator
Overload
All these toys are available to preorder for Pulse premium members now and they will be available for non pulse premium members at 4 pm EST. Here is the link: https://hasbropulse.com/collections/new ... enerations

If ever I see it, want me to get it for you? Would end up being about $20-25 USD shipped since it's international shipping.

But before that, we also have some extra nuggets from Toy Fair. Below is an image of the upcoming retro handhelds from Hasbro as well as the trading cards on site. You can see more images of such here.

Only if all thevmercs were part of the same merc group then they might have one. The mercs are all lone operators out for themselves for the most part so there is no need for a unified symbol on them.

These regroup the robot mode and alt mode(s) in one picture. This serves as a reminder of all the new toys revealed. I myself cannot remember so many reveals all at once. We can see reveals for four lines, those being Cyberverse, Netflix Transformers series, Earthrise and Studio Series. Looking at all this, I can't think back to a better Toy Fair. The ones that stand out to me are Studio Series Blitzwing, Netflix Series Megatron box (with Pinpointer and an orange Lioniser), Thunderhowl and Scorponok, just to name one from each line. How about you?

As for the netflix, actual battle damage on battle damaged figures is nice and the extra paint apps. I'd hesitantly give it to mirage despite not liking vehicle mode for being something newish compared to the others.
Cyberverse, not feeling the love for barfing bear (despite it being new n fresh whilst kind of bay knight ish) or cos play megs/Starscream so arcee would get my vote, kind of animated and at least its not as tho she has been in Cyberverse figures before.
Studio series, overlord. Painted windows and lack of paint aside on vehicle it looks like robot mode hands it the win.
Botbots...ok I blinked and it is series 5 already. I don't have time to look or think about the mass multitudes of joy available from them. If they are classed as transformer figures owned for the world record, anyone who has an up to date collection is a contender.

I'll be the first one to say that it's not a great mold. But the fact that we GOT a Chromia that's her own mold, and that more than superficially resembles her G1 cartoon altmode... I'm glad. Plus, with her accessories, she can build a badass sniper rifle.

I got one as well. Even with the shellforming, the improved resemblance to her cartoon altmode compared to T30 Chromia made her a SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY figure for me.Bounti76 wrote:emlit wrote:Brokebot wrote:SWEET! A Chromia repaint to help collect dust with the original Chromias no one bought!

I do like the blue "lipstick" on cyberverse Arcee. I have to say the disappointing thing about the first Arcee release at least the hasbro version was that her lips weren't painted. It looks weird to me, especially next to the Takara version.
At the price point, I would hope the Ulta Magnus is the siege version and that the 7 inches is the cab robot version and not the combined version.

I'm curious, but I can't see that being much better.Where did you find the image?
With Scorpinok, we now have all the G1 Titans. I wonder what they will do next year?
Maybe a Fort max with a decent G1 base mode?

Tidal wave, g1 style metroplex, insecticon - all 3 of em, ultra magnus, Unicron, metro titan, blue omega, or the micromasters base guy, rolling thunder optimus prime for new gi Joe figures.
They may be done with titan class in all fairness other than black zarak as none of the possibilities seem likely.

I got two as well. I often double-dip on fembots for custom fodder (and got a LOT of the masked RID Windblade on clearance for a female Seeker squadron), but I wouldn't mind the Netflix one too, since one of those Chromias will likely be permanently combined with Dazzlestrike to serve as Orthia's forgin' hammer, uniting her with Elita's resistance cell.

A Giant Cosmos, so Blaster can ride inside him. MAKE IT HAPPEN
Maybe they'll make a newer titan, like Croaton, or an entirely new character? It's not like any of the other titans are household names, I can't imagine a new edition would make a difference to kids. And there is a demand for new characters, which Ironworks and Airwave prove is not entirely out of the question. A new titan wold appeal to almost all audiences.
But c'mon, a giant Cosmos would be hilarious.

If they follow relative trend, we should be due a Combiner or multipack. Monstructor? Raiden? (not as likely to me with the upcoming MP) Maybe the 5 set of larger Dinobot figures people wanted?
Posted by ZeldaTheSwordsman on February 25th, 2020 @ 1:29am CST
Monstructor is certainly a possibility - the groundwork's been partially laid for him.
Who knows, maybe we'll get a better Liokaiser.

If the Hasbro display at the convention confirmed him to be voyager, then please disregard. But, if we're going by a listing on a website, it could be wrong just the same as the render on the previous page.
My only faint, circumstantial evidence is the head. It doesn't seem to be showing the white helmet in the little guy's robot mode, but it's on there in Snapdragon's robot mode. It looks like it gets put on there after the head plugs in, much like TR Overlord did, making the head bigger than a voyager's head, and that figure was leader class.
Again, if it's been confirmed to be voyager in any official way, forget I mentioned anything. But just because Apeface and Snapdragon are in the same group, they don't have to be the same size.
Just wild speculation on my part.
