Looks like I've got yet another thing to look forward to, and depending on release dates look for at Botcon :3

DMSL wrote:Wow he looks fantastic i am loving the new size. It's more like a small deluxe. I would like to see all of the mini warriors in this size, including the already released Huffer and Seaspray, but with an ability to store their weapons in their altmode. I like that Brawn can do that tho i would like it if it weren't visible, like having it store underneath or perhaps on the back of the jeepmode?
You mean more like a new Hasbro Deluxe sized!
Seriously though, the official "deluxe" scale is now my personal "scout" scale.
The stored weapon was more out of necessity. It needs to be there for the inevitable Outback repaint.

Whats up with the scale for these guys they keep getting slightly taller than the next its not a bad thing since Brawns is perfect but it would have have been one of the best lines ever if they were all his size.

Holy crap you're right! Interesting.

I'll third that one. Hench will look amazing with Classics Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, but now I'm worried RTS Windcharger, Spray, Rager and UFO will be too small. It's really hit-'n'-miss.

Excellent work iGear! Can't wait to see a pre-order for these.

Like everyone else, if they release not-Huffer in this size, (as well as a follow-up repaint, not-Pipes) I'd buy it, just like I plan on buying this not-Brawn and not-Cosmos. I'm satisfied with using Voyager RTS Seaspray to stand with my Autobots for now.
I'd really like to use this not-Brawn with my Autobots and remove the ROTF's Brawn from the bunch. And if a repaint/possibly a head remold is created to make a not-Outback, then I'll be able to get rid of the repaint of ROTF's Brawn, RTS's Fallback, and replace him with the not-Outback.
That Q&A panel at Cybertron Con 2012 might not "condone" what these third party groups are doing, but until Takara/Hasbro gets it right, we hardcore fans are going to keep buying from the third party groups.

Indeed, if all future minibots were of this scale and quality, and if Hasbro doesn't put out something better, I'd keep buying them.

Yeah. I got their Huffer and love him.

Agreed. I just hope the Ratchet and Ironhide don't get scrubbed.

As would I, though maybe for different reasons. I'm quite happy with the Botcon '07 version.

Well, see the sig. I have some standards for size, but they're pretty flexible. And their Huffer falls well within my standards. It's also just a damned good toy. No real frills, but nothing wrong with it, at least mine. So I'm not gonna buy a slightly-larger one for size reasons that don't affect me.
