I think it looks great. It seems like they're taking a page from FasProject as well with the extras for the repaint. The new head for the previous figure is a great idea too. If I'm able, I'll get him. Nice work MMC!

I actually see this as my Hearts of Steel Optimus Prime. I picture the Steampunk'formers as the soot-stained monstrosities you'd expect of the Industrial Revolution, not the red, white, and blue comic book hero of the first release. It's a shame these are so pricey, but I've loved this sculpt for years and may consider this version.

I agree it looks more The Fallen than Nemesis. Those gold paints should've been teal. I'll pass on this one until they repaint it as Magnus - all white

Indeed! I don't know of any locomotives that early that would have had so much paint layered over the steel, cast-iron, and brass they were built from. Some of the later steam engines got pretty danged colorful, but the early work horses would have been predominately black.

If they had given him the Autobot blue eyes this might have been my first 3rd party TF ever. Although, come to think of it, the extra head this one comes with, is it a traditional blue & silver Optimus Prime head? And if so, can it easily be swapped to this figure?

Ah, well, I'll never be really happy with a trainformer until they make a Southern Pacific Daylight (engine and cars) that combines into a single bot. Oh yeah, and give it HO scale trucks and a small electric motor.

I knew that they were going to fix the joint issues that 01 had. I'm glad I didn't jump then as I can see an improved reissue of KM-01 coming down the line like Fans Project's City Commander armor.

I never picked up the original Knight Morpher and this one isn't gonna be my first. I agree that this paint scheme works better than the one in Prime's colors, it just isn't for me.

Ha, I get it! When I read this post, I laughed for like 5 minutes straight. I am a tiny bit disappointed that this is like a Voyager-size, and not a Leader-class figure. Hopefully the next character in mind is either Megatron, Shockwave, Bumblebee, or Starscream. Really hoping for Starscream.

I might be interested in buying the extra KM01 head if someone buys this and doesn't have the first one. For a reasonable price that is.

This mold is awesome and this one looks nice...tempting, but might be too spendy for picking up the repaint.

This indeed looks great but I love my KM01. It is an awesome design. I think my money would be better spent on the next HOS mold.

I voted for the Nemesis repaint, and now I wish I hadn't. Don't get me wrong, the figure looks great, and I agree with most when they say this looks so much more authentic than KM01. I just wanted a more Nemesis look....some teal...the sword with red in it etc. I think I'll pass and wait for another HOS to be made.

He looks great, but I don't think he's worth 100 bucks for me. Perhaps I'll get lucky and he'll show up in BBTS' vintage for cheaper.

I love it. If only I could afford to spend that much on a toy. It may not have the color scheme of other Nemesis Primes... but I find interesting the idea of an undead Prime using an old abandoned vehicle, from a graveyard of trains even, as his alt mode.

The color of the sword is disappointing, but negligible.

I wanted the first KM, but never got around to getting it, so i might pick this one up, but $100 is abit pricey, especially near the holidays, maybe after the first of the year ill get it.

I was going to get it, but I just decided that I'm tired of dropping $100+ for every 3rd party piece that comes around.
