It's not my shipping calculator. It's eBays. That's weird that it doesn't show a price for somewhere as large as Australia.

Sounds like you selected Australia to try out the prices mentioned above and didn't switch back. I just checked and the prices are normal shipping prices. Which one in particular is showing you the crazy shipping price? Is it for Express Mail or Priority Mail? Do you have the proper zip code for your area entered in the shipping area of the auction?

Every thing is entered fine. I click the link thats shown in the beginning of this forum and it says the $23 shipping. Im looking at the Transformers Beast Machines BATTLE UNICORN MOSC. It says $23.20 for standard and $21.40 for express. Now i know that cant be right. I even reenterd my info and it still comes up the same.
EDIT: I fixed it. I cleared my history and deleted my cookies and it seems to be working.
EDIT#2: Still get the high ship on the MIB Beast Machine figures.

zemper wrote:hey seibs, just a question: why are you selling off the rare deszaras fig?
Because I want one that is stickers unapplied and doesn't have the paint coming off the neck of the beast mode. The photos that are in the Deszaras gallery were originally taken for the auction, but then I decided that since I had so many that I should post them in the gallery on the site as well until I purchase a new one.
This will actually be the 2nd Deszaras that I have sold in the last 5 years. The first one was perfect (stickers unapplied), but I got into a money bind 5 years ago and had to sell it. This time around though, Deszaras is being sacrified to pay for my movers when I move at the end of the month because I'll be damned if I'm moving all of my furniture and 2,000 Transformers on my own.

Ack. I don't know what I did wrong with those auctions. I just double checked them and I see that the rates are high on those as well. The people who bid on them will be lucky though because I sent them invoices with corrected Priority Mail rates of $4.60 to $6.00. I wish someone would've said something to me prior to someone bidding on the items. Ah well.

Heh heh
I hope to build a great relationship with the buyers of my items. The best way to do that is by providing incredible photos of the item someone is purchasing so they know exactly what they're getting AND to ship the item(s) ASAP. Things are going very smoothly so far, especially now that I figured out how to do the Paypal/USPS labels at home instead of having to do it at the post office.

Yeah, I wish I could figure that out cause waiting in line at the post office (usually downtown at that) is a real pain. Im hoping to win ur G1 Prime, since thats one of the few Primes I dont have (my mom gave my MAIL ORDER Prime away when I left for the Marine Corps, How evil is that?).

oh...no wonder. i guess after this you'll be on the hunt for a rare, almost MIB deszaras again eh?
well, my best wishes to your auction seibs. i'm quite interested in some of your figures, esp. battle unicorn, but with the peso=dollar exhange rate still very high, i'm afraid i can't afford to pay the shipping costs.
plus, i already got a few winnings off eBay that still has to arrive, so i figure i gotta recover my earnings spent first.

3 days payment? Ebay states that it has to be at least 10 days.

3 days payment is not unrealistic. If you don't have the money now, don't bid on the auctions. This is a moving sale ... I want the items gone ASAP. I am shipping out the items the next day after receiving payment generally. I don't want to move these items from my old apartment to my new one.

It does not matter what the price of a figure is when there are days and hours left to bid, it's the last 100 seconds or so that count.
