Same here! Looks cool... Like the name, also. ...and with that.. I'm not going to visit this thread again as I don't want to run into a spoiler...

From the looks of it, I do not believe Strato is in the movie at all

It's a miniature version of Optimus prime...we've seen him before. Hopefully someone can link the previous pics for me cuz i can't remember where they are.
Stratosphere huh? That may be one of the cooler names we're seen for a long time...I like it.

I'm glad to see the mini-OP is still there, although I still doubt I'm going to buy this after seeing the awful bot mode.

You haven't seen it? Look around here or other TF sites; there are plenty of pictures out there. He has spindly bird legs with big pontoon feet.

Bah, I've been behind in the times. Guess I'll try to look for it. Or maybe I mistook it as Jetfire. I'll never know >_>

I expect to see these guys warming shelves well into 2010.

That makes Armada Leader Prime look poseable. I'm quite sure that's the tallest Robot mode... that looks like the height of Unicron for pete's sake. I don't even know if I will buy that cause it won't fit between my shelf.

Also, we haven't seen him in trailers or during filming or anything about him in plots or designs. Stupid design anyways.

Nice name though.

I forgot just how bad this guy looked. Too bad too, could have been something really cool and unique. This just underscores the fact that Hasbro need more thinkers/designers like the guys at FP.

Am I the only one that finds that he has long skinny legs fitting? With the type of jet he is and thus likely spending most of his time as a flying transport he likely spends little time on the ground, and seeing how the movie designs tend to prefer function over athestics at times... Strong legs aren't really a necessity.

Agreed...i liked Dropkick's name too...that may have been a more fitting name for Kickback; I always thought Kickback should've been a donkey or something...

Very logical way of looking at it. He may simply hover around rather than walk or run ala BM Jetstorm and as a result doesn't need powerful legs all.

On another note, Stratosphere's face looks very similar to 2 certain actors, but I can't decide whether he's a homage to badass Samuel L. Jackson (Snakes on a Plane!), or dedicated to the funny guy Bernie Mac (I sincerely hope he's doing well on the other side), just look at my 1-minute put together comparison:
Or maybe it's a double homage to both (Samuel L.Jackson's face and an angular form of Bernie Mac's hairdo?)?
