The toy galleries of Seibertron.com are bursting with life, as three Coneheads are the latest addition. In 2008, Takara decided to help those who were left out of the opportunity of obtaining Thrust and Dirge via Botcon 2007. They released their Henkei versions of Thrust and Dirge. Now it's 2010, and Hasbro has decided to release Thrust one more time. This version is a repaint of Henkei Thrust, under the third Classics line 'Generations'. The figure's for the common everyday fan, enjoy.

Good point. Otherwise, Generations Thrust is a total winner.

The wings are actually better like this. It's intentional evening. If you look at the way the wings are flipped, there's two little circles near the torso that are colored to represent the same circles in the same position on the BotCon Thrust. I actually like the Generations Thrust the best of all 3 with one exception ... the color of his face. I can't remember what his face's color is in the cartoon though. I take that back, that is the color of his face in the cartoon. Nice work Hasbro.

Even if the BotCon Thrust's wings were a factory error? G1 Thrust never had them.

As far as G1 authenticity, I agree with Counterpunch 100 percent. But there are so many minor (and I do mean MINOR) paint apps that vary from the G1 cartoon. In my opinion the grey compliments the other grey parts and the crimson very nicely. A huge blotch of bright purple is an eyesore for me, and I felt the same way about the cartoon art. The bottom line is this is a great figure that needed to be released in retail and here it is !!! Everybody buy at least 2 and maybe the sales will connvince Hasbro to release Dirge and Thundercracker in the future.

If there's any question to be furiously screaming at Hasbro, this is surely it.
