For your viewing pleasure, both Takara Animated Blackout and Takara Animated Arcee have made their way into the world renowned toy galleries of Seibertron.com. Blackout's first appearance was in the first few episodes of Season 3, wrecking havoc on Rodimus Minor's team of Autobots. His design was based off a Decepticon of the same name, the 2007 Movie Villian and fellow Military Helicopter, Blackout. This version of Blackout differs from Hasbro's, as it has a purple colored Decepticon logo and slightly lighter color scheme. Arcee was Transformers Animated main Autobot fembot, making appearances in several episodes. This version of Arcee differs from Hasbro's, featuring a red colored Autobot logo, and a different finish. Feel free to check each figure's galleries in the links below!

Finally, Blackout can stand with someone and not look totally out of scale!

Hmm. Seeing Blackout side by side with his movie counterpart actually makes me unsure about whether I want him. The main color is significantly different. Although, I guess by that logic I shouldn't be interested in Arcee either. Which is obviously not the case.

I'm not interested in Arcee though. Still a bit prickly about that whole thumbs issue.

I was just thinking of that... it's such a pain to track down a Grindor just for that though. I wonder if someone would trade for the original Blackout...

Yes she does. Don't even think Takara's figures are always improved upon.

Concurred. My Takara Arcee suffered from little white marks after the very softest of sword-fondlings.

Diem, what on earth did you do with her?

I poked a long, impressive sword into her pink aperture. What's so weird about that?JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Diem wrote:JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Jetstorm9221 wrote:So, does Japanese Arcee has the same thumb issues as her american counterpart?

The weird part is that the sword was blue! Heh heh, sword.

He's like, "I'm a helicopter..." and then BAM! Wilford Brimley! In yo FACE!!
(For real, the helicopter splits open and shoves his ugly face right at you. It's great. DIABETES!)
