As of Midnight, Hasbro made available their Transformers Age Of Extinction app for both Android and iOS, with compatibility for both phones and tablets. A mix of gaming and companion app for the film itself, with bios among other features. It's available now and it's free.

Here's what Hasbro had to say:

Finally, we will be releasing at approximately midnight tonight on both the iTunes App Store and Google Play, for iOS and Android, respectively. If you check it out and enjoy it, please consider leaving a review at iTunes or Google Play!

Paramount just sent us a link to a video advertisement for the Transformers Age of Extinction Mobile App which is now available on Android and iOS.
