I got my tickets a couple of days ago. Advance sales online and in theatres were available as of Tuesday this week.

man, my theatre was supposed to have them today, but nope. so i dont got tickets yet!

Oh well. I already got my tix for July 2nd via Fandango so its all good.

geeeez! thats awesome! well, im not going back now. its almost 11pm here soo, im just going up tomorrow. i gotta get 3 tickets, but they did say it would be working tonight. but i didnt feel like going back. and i wouldnt really have the guts or care to go ask the manager over a ticket i know i can get the next day..

well this is kinda old news... 2 days ago I went on fandango and they had tickets for the 8 o'clock showing at a local theater so i snatched up 2 of those for me and my brother in-law.

first off....im not saying this to be rude in case it comes off that way..lol

but whats the point of advance tickets anyway? i mean just go to the theater and buy em? the movie will be around for a few weeks at the least. i realize opening days tend to sell out fast and some people love being there first but yeah....u can always just use the debit machine at the theater and buy ur tickets a few hours before.

but i'm old....maybe i'm just not hip to all this

Yes, being able to buy advance tickets is old news.
This email from Paramount (which is the reason for the topic) is new news.

I wouldn't worry about finding tickets to see this film, unless you absolutely have to be among the first to see it in your area. Undoubtedly, the mega-plex will have multiple showings on July 3 and every day thereafter. Even your local cinema, if you live in a small town, will probably offer at least five showings a day. Besides, you can wait a week and see it in a virtually empty theater, because after the mediocre reviews (wait, you'll see--it's a Michael Bay movie, after all), the poor word-of-mouth, and the new Harry Potter movie, only the die-hard fan-boys will want to see it again.

i really dont know. they were selling it, but some girl had to ask some other guy (looked like a manger maybe) but he said the system wasnt updated yet. this was at about 3:10 this afternoon, sooo that may have been before it was updated.

I bought mine today. Me and my gf will be seeing it at the theater in Toms River at 8pm on July 2nd!

well just checked my theater, and guess what they havent got them available yet.. bummer.the city i live in here in mississippi, hasnt got them available yet!!

that's what happened to me. just go check again tomorrow, or phone your theatre or just get them online.

This is old news. I purchased my tickets a week ago.

Hey ... anyone arguing in this thread, please chill! I appreciate those that are defending this post and those of you who bought your tickets online earlier this week ... great! Congrats! I am thrilled that you bought your tickets and I'm trying to organize with my friends here in Chicago when and where we're going to see the movie on Monday, July 2nd. Sure, I'll see it twice next Thursday but I am really looking forward to seeing it with my friends and family who aren't into Transformers that have had to put up with my mouth for the past 4 years about this flick.

Bottom line of this news post is this: the movie tickets are officially available online. Paramount sent out a really nice email with graphics, links and all sorts of pretty stuff to advertise this. That's the bottom line point of this post, which some of you got, some of you didn't. Either way ... I don't think there's been an official post with all of the 3 major movie ticket purchasing links so here it is. Buy your tickets if you haven't already. Let's show Hollywood what kind of money we're willing to throw at the movie we've been dying to see for the past 4 years.

i got tickets two days ago. wonder how high the advanced ticket sales are? whatever the sales its going to be a great movie.

Gotta go get those. I'm taking my best buddy to the midnight showing. I swear, I rub TF's off on more people that I can shake a makeshift axe out of.

I got tickets for myself and my parents for the 8PM screening on July 2.

It's been a long ride, and I can't wait to see the climax. Hopefully the wait was worth it.

I grew up with Optimus as my mentor and even I chug it every once in a while. Any who the subject at hand my fiance bought tickets Mon. June 18th for my 30th b-day. I love that girl!!! Been waiting for this since summer of 1986.

Check http://www.indemand.com/ and check listings for time and date on your cable system. The movie's nowhere to be found.

My advance tickets are waiting for me at Botcon...

Other than that, I'll see it again in the theater, but no reason to by in advance again for them.

Got tickets for July 2 @ 8:00 PM two days ago no problem. Good thing to get the word out. As far as I can tell there are a lot of guys who grew up with TFs that are looking forward to it. A lot of kids too! It's funny to see us older gentlemen all about the TFs, but that's where its at.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I submitted a news note on June 17th saying tix were available at Fandango.com and that I'd picked up mine that day...but oh well. Just glad that this is finally almost here..

Glad, I'm not spending a penny, I got tickets for a advance screening on June 28th, but I have to get there really early. Glad I have the day off.

this is really pissing me off!!! i went again today to get tickets at my theatre, and the people didnt even know if they could sell them or not..again!! i can off their site, but not in the theatre..something wrong there?? i bugged them enough to get the manager and he said FRIDAY!! what is this!?
