There is a rumor floating around the Official Transformers Collector's Club Member Forums that all the Botcon sets are sold out, or will be sold out this week!

At this time there is no confirmation from club officials and no official posting on the club site, but this looks to be a very good possibility.

If this is something that could effect you, you might want to get that order form in as soon as you can, or face the possibility of having to pick any of these exclusives that you want off Ebay.
