Here we go with a post-script autopsy of Transformers Spotlight: Hardhead, the second part of the “Revelation” quartet. As spoiler-free as possible but there are some wicked teases. Be warned. Once again, the challenge here was to both create a rounded (complete in one issue) character focus and maintain the breathless, headlong forward pace of the main Revelation/Dead Universe arc (begun in earnest in Spotlight: Cyclonus).
You can view the entire entry and script wrap in Simon Furman's Blog here.

Liking the fact that Hardhead sounds like he will be going in guns blazing to solve Nightbeats problems.
Just so much going on in the next few issues.

Thanks, all hail Calvin!!!
I had a thought as i was walking tonight...what if they used micromasters as headmasters instead of the humanoids? Maybe that is Furman's direction here. Probably not, but I always like the idea of the small robot, controlling the big body, not a mixing of two individual beings. I know not likely, but hey more MICROMASTERS!
Will they ever solve the golden disk? Does Countdown still have it? I know it was DW, I was just teasing.

On the one hand, Hardhead and Nightbeat are both fun/cool, and I'm really curious about the Dead Universe and Gorlam Prime, so I'm looking forward to this.
On the other hand, Nightbeat's kinda grown on me, and it doesn't sound too good for him from the previews...
